This tutorial was made in PSP X2, but can also be made in the other versions.
For this lesson you need the following plugins:
Custom plugin - Emboss 3 (is custom in PSP).
Filters Unlimited 2.0 - VM Stylize - Zoom Blur
(Import VM Stylize into Filters Unlimited 2.0.)
You can download the plugins

Place or install the plugins in your Plugin folder.
If you have to install plugin, you have to restart your PSP, so they work immediately.

It contains: 6 tubes - 1 color picture - 1 selection - 2 masks.
Place the selection in your Selection folder.
Place mask '!!!!.mask.ket-fadesuave' in your mask folder.
The tubes are by @nn, Drevers and Gerrie.

Step 1
Open the tubes and mask 'maskcrealine_8022012' in PSP - minimize them for now.
Set your foreground color to #8a96ae (or at your choice).
Set your background color to #0f1521 (or at your choice).
Open a transparent image of 900 x 600 pixels.
Flood fill your image with your background color.
Step 2
Layers - New raster layer.
Set your foreground to gradient 'Foreground-background' - Linear - Angle 0 - Repeats 1 - Invert not checked.
Flood fill your layer with this gradient.
Layers - New mask layer - From image - find mask 'maskcrealine_8022012' -with these settings:

Layers - Merge - Merge group.
Effects - Custom plugins - Emboss_3 - see image below:

With these settings:

Step 3
Copy tube 'Drevers_misted_landscape_25'.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
Place it against the upper right edge.
Change the Blend mode of this layer to Luminance (L).
Layers - Duplicate - Image - Mirror - see image below:

Step 4
Copy tube 'Drevers_misted_landscape_16'.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
Move it until you are satisfied.
Lower the Opacity of this layer to 63.
Step 5
Layers - New raster layer.
Selections - Load/save selection - Load selection from disk -
load selection 'psp-droom-shadow' - with these settings:

Flood fill the selection with your gradient.
Selections - Select none.
Effects - Plugins - Filters Unlimited 2.0 - VM Stylize - Zoom Blur: 39 - 60 - seem image below:

Effects - Edge effects - Enhance.
Effects - Custom plugins - Emboss_3 - same settings as before.
Layers - Duplicate - Image - Mirror.
Move it down - see image below:

Step 6
Copy tube 'Drevers_misted_woman_52'.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
Place her on the left side.
Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow:
Vert and Hor 5 - Opacity 40 - Blur 40 - background color.
Step 7
Copy tube 'Drevers_misted_woman_73'.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
Image - Resize - 90% - All layers not checked.
Place her right below.
Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow - same settings as before.
Step 8
Copy tube '@nn_300907_takken'.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
Image - Resize - 90% - All layers not checked.
Place it on the left side.
Step 9
Copy tube 'element Gerrie'.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
Place this layer below the 2 women layers.
See main image for placing.
Lower the Opacity of this layer to 65.
Activate your top layer.
Step 10
Layers - New raster layer.
Flood fill this layer with white.
Layers - Load/save mask - Load mask from disk -
load mask '!!!!.mask.ket-fadesuave' - with these settings:

Layers - Merge - Merge group.
Move the mask a little down.
Step 11
Layers - New raster layer.
Add your name and/or watermark.
Layers - Merge - Merge all (Flatten).
Step 12
Image - Add pixels - Symmetric - 1 pixel - foreground color.
Image - Add pixels - Symmetric - 10 pixels - background color.
Image - Add pixels - Symmetric - 1 pixel - foreground color.
Image - Add pixels - Symmetric - 10 pixels - background color.
Image - Add pixels - Symmetric - 4 pixels - foreground color.
Image - Add pixels - Symmetric - 40 pixels - background color.
Step 13
Image - Resize - at your choice - All layers checked.
Save your crea as a jpg file and you're done!
