and the following plugins:

Filters Unlimited 2.0 - Andrew's Filters 48 and &<Background Designer IV>

Greg's Factory Output Vol. II - Pool Shadow

Ulead Effects - Gif-X 2.0

Place or install the plugins in your Plugin folder.

The tubes are by Christa, Christin, Dragonblu, Hanni, kTs, Luz Cristina, Mou and Tiffany.

Step 1

Open the tubes in PSP - minimize them for now.

Set your foreground color to #c68065 - or at your choice.

Set your background color to #ac482b - or at your choice.

Set your foreground to gradient 'Foreground-background' - Linear - Angle 1 - Repeats 1 - Invert not checked - see image below:

Step 2

Open tube 'template_cg01_stars_in_the_sky' - this is your working image.

Remove the watermark and the text layer.

Activate raster 1.

Selections - Select all.

Selections - Float - Selections Defloat.

Layers - New raster layer.

Flood fill this layer with your gradient.

Effects - Plugins - Filters Unlimited 2.0 - &<Background Designers IV> - @Night Shadow - default settings.

Effects - Plugins - Filters Unlimited 2.0 - Andrew's Filters 48 - Mixing Dots And More Dots - default settings.

Selections - Select none.

Layers - Merge - Merge down.

Step 3

Activate layer Background.

Selections - Select all.

Selections - Float - Selections Defloat.

Copy tube 'chapeu4-006'.

Paste into the selection.

Selections - Select none.

Step 4

Activate layer Oval.

Selections - Select all.

Selections - Float - Selections Defloat.

Flood fill the selection with your background color.

Effects - Plugins - Greg's Factory Output Vol. II - Pool Shadow - default settings.

Selections - Select none.

Step 5

Activate layer Doddle 1.

Selections - Select all.

Selections - Float - Selections Defloat.

Layers - New raster layer.

Set your background color to #1d2e1d.

Set your foreground to this gradient:

Flood fill the selection with this gradient.

Effects - Plugins - Greg's Factory Output Vol. II - Pool Shadow - default settings.

Selections - Select none.

Layers - Merge - Merge down.

Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow:

Vert and Hor 8 - Opacity 40 - Blur 12 - color black.

Close this layer for now.

Step 6

Activate layer Doddle 2.

Selections - Select all.

Selections - Float - Selections Defloat.

Layers - New raster layer.

Flood fill the selection with this gradient.

Effects - Plugins - Greg's Factory Output Vol. II - Pool Shadow - default settings.

Selections - Select none.

Layers - Merge - Merge down.

Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow - same settings as before.

Close this layer for now.

Step 7

Activate layer Filmstrip.

Activate your Magic wand - with these settings:

Select the first square of the filmstrip.

Selections - Modify - Expand - 3 pixels.

Layers - New raster layer.

Copy the tube of your choice.

Paste into the selection.

Selections - Select none.

Layers - Move - Move down.

Step 8

Repeat step 7 with the other 3 squares.

If you are satisfied: Layers - Merge - Merge down - repeat 3x.

Step 9

Layers - New raster layer.

Add your name and/or watermark.

Layers - Merge - Merge all (Flatten).

Step 10

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 20 pixels - background color.

Select this border with your Magic wand - with these settings:

Set your background color back to #ac482b.

Set your foreground to this gradient:

Flood fill the selection with this gradient.

Effects - 3D effects - Inner bevel - with these settings:

Selections - Select none.

Step 11

Selections - Select all.

Effects - Plugins - Ulead Effects - Gif-X 2.0.

Click on Light - click now on Flashlight 1 - Click Gallery - see image below:

Click Save - name it and click Save as.

It's automatically a gif file.

Selections - Select none.
