This tutorial was made in PSP X6, but can also be made in the other versions.

 

For this tutorial you need Animation Shop (AS)

and the following plugins:

Eye Candy 4000 - Water Drops

FM Tile Tools - Blend Emboss

Greg's Factory Output Vol. II - Pool Shadow

You can download the plugins

Place or install the plugins in your Plugin folder.

It contains: 7 tubes - 1 color label - 1 mask - 3 fonts.

Open the font you want to use - minimize it.

Step 1

Open the tubes, the color label and the mask in PSP - minimize them for now.

Set your foreground color to #ebd23b (or at your choice).

Set your background color to #35421f (or at your choice).

Set your foreground to gradient 'Foreground-background' -

Linear - Angle 38 - Repeats 4 - Invert not checked.

Open a transparent image of 800 x 550 pixels.

Flood fill your image with your background color.

Step 2

Layers - New raster layer.

Flood fill this layer with your foreground color.

Layers - New mask layer - From image - find mask '019_masque_animabelle' - with these settings:

Layers - Merge - Merge group.

Effects - Plugins - FM Tile Tools - Blend Emboss - default settings.

Step 3

Copy tube 'Element 1 magnifique'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Set the Blend mode of this layer to Multiply.

Step 4

Copy tube 'Verlaine B71'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Move it a little to the right and up - see main image.

Layers - Arrange - Move down.

Your layer palette should look like this:

Step 5

Copy tube 'Jeanne_Jongen met eendjes_31_01_2015'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Place him on the left side - see main image

Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow - at your choice.

Step 6

Open tube '12926131360_animaux_nikita'.

Remove the watermark.

Edit - Copy.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Image - Resize - 80% - All layers not checked - repeat 3x.

Place the tube right below - see main image.

Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow - at your choice.

Step 7

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 4 pixels - foreground color.

Image - Add borders - background color - with these settings:

Select this border with your Magic wand - with these settings:

Effects - Plugins - Greg's Factory Output Vol. II - Pool Shadow - default settings - see image below:

Selections - Select none.

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 25 pixels - foreground color.

Step 8

Layers - New raster layer.

Add your name and/or watermark.

Step 9

Activate your Text tool - font Easter Egg (or at your choice) - Size 20 (in PSP 9 it is Size 44) - with these settings:

Type your text.

Place it at the top of your crea - see my example.

Layers - Convert to raster layer.

Selections - Select all.

Selections - Float.

Effects - Plugins - Eye Candy 4000 - Water Drops - click Settings - choose 'Big Round Drops' - with these settings:

Selections - Select none.

Edit - Copy special - Edit - Copy merged.

Step 10

To AS: Edit - Paste - As a new animation.

Back to PSP.

Click Undo 2x.

You now have your selection back.

Effects - Plugins - Eye Candy 4000 - Water Drops - Click 1x Random Seed.

Selections - Select none.

Edit - Copy special - Edit - Copy merged.

To AS: Edit - Paste - After current frame.

Step 11

Back to PSP.

Click Undo 2x.

You now have your selection back.

Effects - Plugins - Eye Candy 4000 - Water Drops - Click 1x Random Seed.

Selections - Select none.

Edit - Copy special - Edit - Copy merged.

To AS: Edit - Paste - After current frame.

Click in frame 1 - Edit - Select all.

Step 12

Animation - Frame properties - 25.

Step 13

View - Animation.

Now you can see how your animation looks.

If you are satisfied:

Save your crea as a gif file and you're done!
