You can download the plugins

Place or install the plugins into your Plugin folder.

It contains: 1 tube - 1 color label - 1 mask - 2 selections - 1 gold pattern.

Place the selections in your Selection folder.

Place the gold pattern in your Pattern folder.

 

Permission to use the tubes

 

The tube is by Lud.

One mask is by Monaiekje.

Let the credit to the maker.

 

Step 1

Open the tube, the color label and the mask in PSP - minimize them for now.

Set your foreground color to #cee1ef (or at your choice).

Set your background color to #4f4c47 (or at your choice).

Set your foreground to gradient 'Foreground-background' - Linear - Angle 0 - Repeats 0 - Invert not checked.

Open a transparent image of 850 x 600 pixels.

Flood fill your image with your gradient.

Step 2

Selections - Select all.

Copy tube 'Lud dame 51'.

Back to your working image.

Paste into the selection.

Selections - Select none.

Effects - Image effects - Seamless tiling - default settings.

Effects - Reflection effects - Kaleidoscope - with these settings:

Effects - Plugins - Mehdi - Sorting Tiles - with these settings:

Step 3

Layers - New raster layer.

Flood fill this layer with your foreground color.

Layers - New mask layer - From image - load mask 'Monaiekje mask 16' - with these settings:

Layers - Merge - Merge group.

Step 4

Layers - New raster layer.

Set your foreground to gradient 'Foreground-background' - Linear - Angle 0 - Repeats 0 - Invert checked.

Flood fill your layer with this gradient.

Effects - Plugins - Andromeda - sMulti - with these settings:

Pull the image up - see image below:

Step 5

Layers - Duplicate - Image - Mirror.

Lower the Opacity of this layer to 50.

Layers - Merge - Merge down.

You now have this:

Step 6

Layers - Duplicate - Image - Flip.

Lower the Opacity of this layer to 50.

Layers - Merge - Merge down.

You now have this:

Effects - Plugins - MuRa's Seamless - Checks with Gradation - with these settings:

Effects - Custom plugin - Emboss_3 - default settings - see image below:

Change the Blend mode of this layer to Multiply.

You now have this:

Step 7

Layers - New raster layer.

Selections - Load/save selection - Load selection from disk - load selection 'selection 'Ger sel 12' - with these settings:

Flood fill the selection with your last gradient.

Selections - Select none.

Effects - Plugins - Filters Unlimited 2.0 - Toadies - Ommadawn - with these settings:

Layers - Duplicate - Image - Mirror.

Layers - Merge - Merge down.

Change the Blend mode of this layer to Multiply.

Step 8

Layers - New raster layer.

Selections - Load/save selection - Load selection from disk - load selection 'spiraal selectie' - with these settings:

Set your background to gold pattern 'gold76' - Angle 0 - Scale 100 - see image below:

Flood fill the selection with this gold pattern.

Selections - Select none.

Move this layer a little down.

Step 9

Effects - Plugins - Alien Skin Eye Candy 5: Impact - Glass.

Click tab Settings - choose 'Clear, No Drop Shadow' - see image below:

Effects - Plugins - Alien Skin Eye Candy 5: Impact - Extrude.

Click tab Settings - choose Taper to Point in Center - see image below:

Effects - Plugins - Alien Skin Eye Candy 5: Impact - Extrude.

Click tab Basic - 2x background color - with these settings:

Change the Blend mode of this layer to Dodge.

Step 10

Copy tube 'Lud dame 51'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Place her on the right side - see main image.

Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow:

Vert and Hor 2 - Opacity 50 - Blur 5 - color black.

Layers - Merge - Merge all (Flatten).

Step 11

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 5 pixels - background color.

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 5 pixels - foreground color.

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 5 pixels - background color.

Step 12

Image - Resize - 85% - All layers not checked.

Layers - Duplicate.

Click with your Magic wand in the blanc area.

Selections - Invert.

Effects - 3D effects - Chisel - with these settings:

Selections - Select none.

Step 13

Activate your bottom layer.

Adjust - Blur - Radial blur - with these settings:

Effects - Plugins - Jeux de Lignes - Entrelacement - with these settings:

Step 14

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 40 pixels - foreground color.

Select this border with your Magic wand - with these settings:

Effects - Plugins - °v° Kiwi's Oelfilter - Guck mal - with these settings:

Selections - Select none.

Step 15

Click with your Magic wand in the top and bottom edge.

Effects - Plugins - Jeux de Lignes - Entrelacement - same settings as before.

Effects - Plugins - °v° Kiwi's Oelfilter - Videowand - with these settings:

Selections - Invert.

Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow:

Vert and Hor 0 - Opacity 100 - Blur 50 - color black.

Selections - Select none.

Step 16

Layers - New raster layer.

Add your name and/or watermark.

Layers - Merge - Merge all (Flatten).

Save your crea as a jpg file and you're done!
