This tutorial was made in PSP X2, but can also be made in the other versions.

For this lesson you need the following plugins:

Greg's Factory Output Vol. II - Pool Shadow

You can download the plugins

Place or install the plugins in your Plugin folder.

If you have to install plugins, you have to restart your PSP, so they work immediately.

It contains: 9 tubes - 1 brush - 1 selection.

Place the selection in your Selection folder.

Export the brush in PSP by custom selection to your Brush folder.

The tubes are by Colombe and Gwyn.

The other tubes are unknown to me.

You need 2 baby tubes/pictures of your own.

Step 1

Open the tubes in PSP.

Resize them and minimize them for now.

Adjust - Sharpness - Unsharp mask: 1 - 64 - 4.

Set your foreground to color #f3e6ef (or at your choice).

Set your background to color #d3a8bb (or at your choice).

Set your foreground to gradient 'Foreground-background' - Radial - with these settings:

Open a transparent image of 650 x 550 pixels.

Flood fill this image with your gradient.

Adjust - Blur - Gaussian blur - 20.

Effects - Plugins - FunHouse - SpyroZag: 100.

Step2

Layers - New raster layer.

Selections - Load/save selection - Load selection from disk - load selection 'wood#1' - with these settings:

Layers - New raster layer.

Flood fill the selection with your foreground color.

Selections - Select none.

Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow:

Vert and Hor 1 - Opacity 65 - Blur 1 - black.

Layers - Duplicate - Image - Flip.

Step 3

Copy tube 'cadre_Lee'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow - same settings as before.

Activate your Magic wand - Outside checked - with these settings:

Click in the middle of the frame.

Activate one of your baby tubes/picture.

Paste into the selection.

Selections - Select none.

Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow - same settings as before.

Adjust - Brightness/Contrast - Brightness: 2.

Step 4

Copy tube 'Image2'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow - same settings as before.

Activate your Magic wand - same settings as before.

Click in the middle of the frame.

Step 5

Copy your other baby picture/tube.

Paste into the selection.

Selections - Select none.

Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow - same settings as before.

Adjust - Brightness/Contrast - Brightness: 2.

Layers - Merge - Merge down.

Step 6

Copy tube 'Image1'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Place it in the middle of the upper frame - see main image.

Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow - same settings as before.

Layers - Merge - Merge down.

Step 7

Open tube 'deco-perle-colombe'.

Copy the selected part.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Place it on the left side - see main image.

Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow - same settings as before.

Layers - Duplicate - Image - Mirror.

Put it on a nice place or see main image.

Step 8

Copy tube 'World'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Move it down - see main image.

Change the Blend mode of this layer to Luminance (L).

Step 9

Activate your Brush tool - find brush 'Liddy Child Eyes' - with these settings:

Layers - New raster layer.

Make your background color a little darker.

Stamp with your background color 1x on the right side.

Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow:

Vert and Hor 0 - Opacity 50 - Blur 0 - color black.

Step 10

Copy tube 'Image19'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Place it in the lower left corner - see main image.

Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow:

Vert and Hor 1 - Opacity 65 - Blur 1 - color black.

Step 11

Layers - New raster layer.

Activate your Text tool - find a nice font.

You can adjust the width and turn it if you want.

Type your text - put it on a nice place.

Layers - Convert to raster layer.

Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow - same settings as before.

Step 12

Layers - New raster layer.

Add your name and/or watermark.

Layers - Merge - Merge all (Flatten).

Step 13

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 4 pixels - foreground color.

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 10 pixels - background color.

Select this border with your Magic wand.

Effects - Texture effects - Tiles - Hexagon - or with these settings (and save it as Hexagon):

Selections - Select none.

Step 14

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 4 pixels - foreground color.

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 15 pixels - background color.

Select this border with your Magic wand.

Effects - Plugins - Greg's Factory Output Vol. II - Pool Shadow - default settings.

Selections - Select none.

If you want, you can resize your crea to Width 700 pixels.

Save your crea as a jpg file and you're done!
