This tutorial was made in PSP X2, but can also be made in the other versions.
For this lesson you need Animation Shop (AS)
and the following plugins:
Alien Skin Xenofex 2 - Constellation
Graphics Plus - Cross Shadow
MuRa's Meister- Perspective Tiling
Penta.com - Dott and Cross
You can download the plugins
Place or install the plugins in your Plugin folder.
If you have to install plugins, you have to restart your
PSP, so they work immediately.

It contains: 4 tubes - 1 color label - 1 mask.
The tubes are by Elena-Brezhickaya, HJR Design and Thafs.
The mask is by Sigrid.
The WordArt is by Pspmagnifique Gerrie.
The other tubes are unknown to me.

Step 1
Open the tubes, the color image and the mask in PSP - minimize them for now.
Set your foreground color to #f0e0d3 (or at your choice).
Set your background color to #59130b (or at your choice).
Open a transparent image of 1024 x 600 pixels.
Set your foreground to gradient 'Foreground-background' - Linear - Angle 45 - Repeats 1 - Invert not checked.
Flood fill your image with this gradient.
Effects - Plugins - MuRa's Meister - Perspective Tiling - the color is automatically your background color - with these settings:
Effects - Edge effects - Enhance.
Step 2
Layers - New raster layer.
Flood fill this layer with your background color.
Layers - New mask layer - From image -
find mask 'maske176_sigrid' - with these settings:
Layers - Merge - Merge group.
Change the Blend mode of this layer to Multiply.
Step 3
Copy tube 'Elena-Brezhickaya41'.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
Image - Resize - 90% - All layers not checked.
Place it on the left side - see main image.
Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow:
Vert and Hor 4 - Opacity 65 - Blur 10 - background color.
Step 4
Copy tube 'femme_tenue_de_soiree_tubed_by_thafs'.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
Image - Resize - 80% - All layers not checked.
Image - Mirror.
Place her on the right side.
Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow - same settings as before.
Step 5
Copy tube 'PSP Magnifique Gerrie'.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
Image - Resize - 95% - All layers not checked.
Place the ribbons in the hand of the woman - see main image.
Change the Blend mode of this layer to Screen.
Step 6
Copy tube 'hjr_misted_fireworks'.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
Place it in the upper left corner - see main image.
Step 7
Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 1 pixel - foreground color.
Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 10 pixels - background color.
Select this border with your Magic wand - Outside checked - with these settings:
Effects - Plugins - Penta.com - Dot and Cross - default settings.
Selections - Select none.
Step 8
Image - Add borders - 10 pixels - foreground color.
Select this border with your Magic wand.
Effects - 3D effects - Inner bevel - with these settings:
Image - Add borders - 2 pixels - background color.
Image - Add borders - 5 pixels - foreground color.
Image - Add borders - 50 pixels - background color.
Select this border with your Magic wand.
Effects - Plugins - Graphics Plus - Cross Shadow - with these settings:
Effects - Plugins - Penta.com - Dot and Cross - default settings.
Selections - Invert.
Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow:
Vert and Hor 4 - Opacity 50 - Blur 10 - black.
Repeat with Vert and Hor to minus 4.
Selections - Select none.
Adjust - Sharpness - Unsharp mask: 1 - 64 - 4.
Step 9
Layers - New raster layer.
Add your watermark.
Layers - Merge - Merge all (Flatten).
Step 10
Activate your Freehand selection - Point to Point - Mode to Add (Shift).
Draw a selection around the balloons - see image below:
Effects - Plugins - Alien Skin Xenofex 2 - Constellation - with these settings:
Click OK.
Edit - Copy.
To AS: Edit - Paste - As a new animation.
Step 11
Back to PSP - click Undo 2x.
Effects - Plugins - Alien Skin Xenofex 2 - Constellation -
click Random Seed 1x - click OK.
Edit - Copy.
To AS: Edit - Paste - After current frame.
Step 12
Back to PSP - click Undo 2x.
Effects - Plugins - Alien Skin Xenofex 2 - Constellation -
click Random Seed 1x - click OK.
Edit - Copy.
To AS: Edit - Paste - After current frame.
Animation - Resize animation - Width 800 pixels.
Step 13
In AS: View - Animation.
You now can see how your animation looks.
If you are satisfied:
Save your crea as a gif file and you're done!
If you got a screen, click 3x Next - click 1x Finish.
