This tutorial was made in PSP X2, but can also be made in the other versions.

For this lesson you need the following plugins:

Filters Unlimited 2.0 - Button & Frames

You can download the plugins

Place or install the plugins in your Plugin folder.

If you have to install plugins, you have to restart your PSP, so they work immediately.

It contains: 7 tubes - 1 shape - 2 pictures.

Step 1

Open the tubes and pictures in PSP - minimize them for now.

Set your foreground color to #f9fdff (or at your choice).

Set your background color to #27374d (or at your choice).

Open a transparent image of 1024 x 400 pixels.

Selections - Select all.

Copy picture 'papier1500'.

Paste into the selection.

Selections - Select none.

Step 2

Set your foreground to gradient 'Foreground-background' - Linear - Angle 200 - Repeats 3 - Invert not checked.

Layers - New raster layer.

Activate your Preset Shapes - with these settings:

Find shape DIV 46 - draw the shape to 500 Horizontal - see image below:

Layers - Convert to Raster layer.

Activate your Magic wand - Outside checked - with these settings:

Click 1x with your Magic wand in the small rectangle and in the triangle.

Copy tube 'papier2500' - Paste into the selection.

Selections - Select none.

Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow:

Vert and Hor 4 - Opacity 65 - Blur 7 - color black.

Repeat with Vert and Hor to minus 4.

Step 3

Copy tube 'sneeuw'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Place the snow against the right edge.

Layers - Duplicate - Image - Mirror.

Layers - Merge - Merge down.

Layers - Arrange - Move down.

Place it at the bottom of your crea - see main image.

Step 4

Copy tube 'Santa'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Layers - Arrange - Move down.

Place him on the right side.

Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow:

Vert and Hor 4 - Opacity 65 - Blur 7 - background color.

Step 5

Activate your top layer.

Copy tube 's-5'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Place him left below - see main image.

Step 6

Copy tube 'sneeuwmannie'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Put him on a  nice place.

Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow - same settings as before.

Step 7

Copy tube 'tube 2'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Place them on top of the triangle - see main image.

Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow - same settings as before.

Step 8

Activate layer 1.

Copy tube 'blitz'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Step 9

Layers - New raster layer.

Add your name and/or watermark.

Layers - Merge - Merge all (Flatten).

Step 10

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 1 pixel - background color.

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 10 pixels - foreground color.

Select this border with your Magic wand.

Flood fill the selection with your gradient.

Effects - Plugins - Filters Unlimited 2.0 - Buttons & Frames - Glass Frame 2: 10 - 128.

Selections - Select none.

Step 11

Copy tube 'Wordart pspmagnifque Gerrie'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Put it on a nice place.

Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow:

Vert and Hor 4 - Opacity 65 - Blur 7 - color white (#ffffff).

Layers - Merge - Merge all (Flatten).

Image - Resize - Width 850 pixels.

Save your crea as a jpg file and you're done!
