If you have to install plugins, you have to restart your PSP, so they work immediately.   you can download the materials. It contains: 5 tubes - 1 mask. Place the mask in your mask folder.   The tubes are by Luz Cristina, Marijke, Teemaid Cold Things and TL Holly. The mask is by Paci.   The other tubes are unknown to me. The Copyright belongs to the original artist. Let the credit to the maker.   Step 1 Open the tubes in PSP - minimize them for now. Set your foreground color to #ffffff (or at your choice). Set your background color to #c91316 (or at your choice). Open a transparent image of 650 x 550 pixels. Flood fill your image with your background color. Step 2 Layers - New raster layer. Flood fill this layer with your foreground color. Layers - Load/save mask - Load mask from disk - load mask 'snow_mask_by_paci' - with these settings: Layers - Merge - Merge group. Effects - Edge effects - Enhance. Step 3 Copy tube '1661-luzcristina'. Paste as a new layer on your working image. Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow: Vert and Hor 3 - Opacity 65 - Blur 3 - color black. Step 4 Open tube 'xmas_laterne'. Image - Resize - Height 256 pixels. Edit - Copy. Paste as a new layer on your working image. Place it on the right corner of the bank. Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow: Vert and Hor 1 - Opacity 65 - Blur 1 - color black. Step 5 Open tube 'TL holly'. Image - Resize - Height 450 pixels. Edit - Copy. Paste as a new layer on your working image. Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow: Vert and Hor 3 - Opacity 65 - Blur 3 - color black. Step 6 Open tube 'xmas-deco1_wordart_ice'. Image - Resize - Width 200 pixels. Edit - Copy. Paste as a new layer on your working image. Put it on a nice place. Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow: Vert and Hor 1 - Opacity 65 - Blur 1 - color black. Layers - Duplicate. Step 7 Layers - New raster layer. Add your name and/or watermark. Layers - Merge - Merge all (Flatten). Step 8 Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 2 pixels - background color Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 20 pixels - background color Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 25 pixels - background color Activate your Magic wand - Outside checked - with these settings: Select the last border with your Magic wand. Step 9 Set your foreground to gradient 'Foreground-background' - Sunburst - Angle 45 - Repeats 5 - Invert not checked - Horizontal 98 - Vertical 94. Flood fill the selection with your gradient. Effects - Plugins - Greg's Factory Output Vol. II - Pool Shadow - default settings. Selections - Invert. Effects - Plugins - Filters Unlimited 2.0 - Buttons & Frames - 3D Glass Frame 1 - default settings. Selections - Select none. Step 10 Open tube 'Strik'. Image - Resize - Width 565 pixels. Edit - Copy. Paste as a new layer on your working image. Image - Rotate - Free rotate - Left - 20 - nothing checked. Place it upper left - see main image. Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow: Vert and Hor 2 - Opacity 65 - Blur 2 - color black. Layers - Merge - Merge all (Flatten). Step 11 Activate your Freehand selection - Point to point - Add (Shift) checked - with these settings: Make a selection on the inside of your crea and around the tube - see main image. Effects - Plugins - VDL Adrenaline - Snowflakes - with these settings: Selections - Select none. Edit - Copy To AS: Edit - Paste - As a new animation. Step 12 Back to PSP. Click Undo until you have only the selection back. Effects - Plugins - VDL Adrenaline - Snowflakes - set Random Seed to 3144 - click OK. Selections - Select none. Edit - Copy. To AS: Edit - Paste - After current frame. Step 13 Back to PSP - click Undo until you have only the selection back. Effects - Plugins - VDL Adrenaline - Snowflakes - set Random Seed to 3144 - click OK. Selections - Select none. Edit - Copy. To AS: Edit - Paste - After current frame. Animation - Resize animation - Width 750 pixels. Step 14 View - Animation. You now can see how your animation looks. If you are satisfied: Save your crea as a gif file and you're done!
