and the following plugins:

Filters Unlimited 2.0 - [AFS Import]

Kang 1 - Penzilla (I had to import Penzilla into Filters Unlimited 2.0)

Mehdi - Weaver

You can download the plugins

Place or install the plugins in your Plugin folder.

you can download the materials.

It contains: 3 tubes - 1 gradient - 1 mask - 1 preset.

Place the gradient in your Gradient folder.

Double click on the preset and it's automatically in the right plugin.

Step 1

Open the tubes in PSP - minimize them for now.

Set your foreground color to #ffffff (or at your choice).

Set your background color to #000000 (or at your choice).

Set your foreground to gradient 'Radial' - gradient 'ivy_winters5' - with these settings:

Open a transparent image of 900 x 550 pixels.

Flood fill your image with your gradient.

Step 2

Effects - Plugins - Mehdi - Weaver - with these settings:

Layers - Duplicate.

Effects - Plugins - Filters Unlimited 2.0 - Kang 1 - Penzilla - with these settings:

Set the Blend mode of this layer to Multiply.

Effects - Plugins - Filters Unlimited 2.0 - [AFS Imort] - sqborder2 - with these settings:

Step 3

Layers - New raster layer.

Click on your Selection tool - Rectangle.

Custom selection

with these settings:

Flood fill the selection with your gradient.

Selections - Select none.

Effects - Image effects - Seamless tiling - with these settings:

Effects - Plugins - Alien Skin Eye Candy 5: Impact - Perspective Shadow - with these settings:

Layers - Merge - Merge all (Flatten).

Step 4

This step is only if you want a different color.

Layers - New raster layer.

Choose a color from your tube.

Flood fill your layer with this color.

Change the Blend mode of this layer to Soft light.

Step 5

Layers - New raster layer.

Flood fill this layer with black.

Layers - New mask layer - From image - load mask 'mask_camerontags' - with these settings:

Layers - Merge - Merge group.

Effects - Custom plugin - Emboss_3 - default settings.

Step 6

Open tube 'Grisi_Woman_617'.

Image - Resize - Width 510 pixels.

Edit - Copy.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Place her on the left side.

Effects - Plugins - Alien Skin Eye Candy 5:

Impact - Perspective Shadow - click tab Settings - choose preset 'pspmg- zwart' - see image below:

Step 7

Open tube 'Athe-FM418'.

Image - Resize - Height 410 pixels.

Edit - Copy.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Place this layer below the mask layer.

Effects - Plugins - Alien Skin Eye Candy 5: Impact - Perspective Shadow - same settings as before.

Step 8

Activate your top layer.

Open tube 'Athe-DEC33'.

Image - Resize - Height 450 pixels.

Edit - Copy.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Place it right below - see main image.

Step 9

Layers - New raster layer.

Activate your Picture tube - Metal ball or Corel 10.005 - with these settings:

Stamp 8x on the corners of the squares and rectangle - see main image.

Step 10

Layers - New raster layer.

Add your name and/or watermark.
