** Step 19 **

To AS: Edit - Paste your crea as a new animation.

** Step 20 **

Open Santa in AS.

Click in frame 1 - Edit - Select all (Ctrl+A) - Edit - Copy (Ctrl+C).

Activate your main animation.

Edit - Paste - In selected frame.

NOTE: it seems that you don't see Santa, but if you go to the left with your mouse pointer, you see him emerge!

Don't release the mouse button until you're sure that Santa is on the right place (totaly at the back, about where you've put him in PSP).

You will notice that you can't see Santa in the laste frames, but that's the intention, otherwise the animation with the snow is not fluent (why is described below).

** Step 21 **

I want to add some snow.

But I find myself that it was all too fast, so set the Frame properties to 25.

But now I find that Santa is going to fast away, but because you want to put in the snow, you can not lower the speed in a frame, because the snowfall is not falling evenly.

So will you take care of it:

Click in frame 6 (only this frame is activated now with a blue border around it).

Edit - Copy - click 2x with Ctrl+L.

You can see that Santa momentarily stops, without adjust Frame properties.

Animation - Resize animation - Width 600 (of the size needed for a forum or guestbook).

** Step 22 **

Open image 'sneeuw2006Bieke' in AS.

You can see the this ani has 10 frames and the ani you just made has 15 frames.

So you have to make sure that the snow has as many frames as your ani.

Snow Animation:

Click in frame 1 - Edit - Select all - Edit - Copy.

Click in the last frame - Edit - Paste - After current frame (or: Ctrl+Shift+L).

Click in frame 1 - Edit - Select all.

Animation - Cull animation - 4.

You can see that there are 15 frames left.

** Step 23 **

Still on your snow animation.

Click in frame 1 - Edit - Select all - Edit - Copy.

Back to your main animation.

Click in frame 1 - Edit - Select all (just to be sure that they still are selected).

Edit - Paste - In selected frame.

Beginning at the top left or right.

Repeat: Paste - In selected frame until you have enough snow - see image below:

** Step 24 **

View - Animation.

You now can see how your animation looks.

If you are satisfied: Save your crea as Wizard Optimalisation.

Save it as a gif file and you're done!

If you have questions or something else to report, please mail me, I will react as soon as possible.

I would appreciate it, if you put your creation in my Guestbook.

Please make sure that it's not greather than 500 pixels on the longest side.

The creations that stand out in my Guestbook, I will put them in the slideshow on my site.

And maybe I will put him in this lesson.

And this way you get a winter scene without Santa:
