This Tutorial is written for PSP 9, but can also be made in the other versions.

It contains: 4 tubes - 1 pattern - 1 gradient - 1 selection.

 

You need the following plugins:

Filters FM Tile Tools - Blend Emboss

Penta.com - Jeans

You can download the plugins here.

 

If you have placed the materials in the folder you want, you can start. :-)

 

Step 1

Set your foreground color to gradient "Ladybut" - with these settings:

and set your  backround color to "silver Sample" - Angel 0 - Surface covering 100.

Open a new image of 600 x 400 pixels.

Flood fill your image with your gradient.

Adjust - Blur - Gaussian blur: 15.

Effects - Plugins - Penta.com - Jeans - with these settings:

Step 2

Layers - New raster layer.

Selections - Load Selection/Save - Load Selection from Disk - load selection "Butterfly".

Flood fill the selection with your silver pattern.

Selections - Select none.

Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow:

Vert and Hor 1 - Opacity 35 - Blur 1 - color black.

Click with the Magic Wand into your image , the inner surfaces must be selected.

Below you can see how it looks:

Step 3

Layers - New raster layer.

Flood fill this layer with pattern "Butterflysample" - Angle 0 - Surface covering 100.

Effects - Plugins - FM Tile Tools - Blend Emboss, repeat 2x.

Lower the Opacity of this layer to 60.

Step 4

Copy tube "Bluefly".

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Layers - Arrange - Move down, under the selection layer.

Step 5

Layers - New raster layer.

Activate your Selection tool - Custom Selection with this settings:

Flood Fill the Custom Selection with the silver Pattern.

Selections - Modify - Contract - 2 pixels.

Flood fill with your gradient.

Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur: 15.

Step 6

Layers - New raster layer.

Copy tube "Joosje_woman-in-blue"

Paste into the Selection.

Selections - Select none.

Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow - with this Settings:

Vert and Hor 1 - Opacity 55 - Blur 6 - color black.

Step 7

Copy tube "BLKgoldButterfly".

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Adjust - Hue and Saturation - Colorize - with this setting:

Image - Resize - 60% - All layers not checked.

Lower the Opacity of this layer to 80.

Step 8

Copy tube "Flowerfly".

Place the flower on the right side, besides the women.

Activate your Pen Tool - with setting 2 and this line (bar with an arrowhead at the end):

Set your foreground color again on your pattern.

Draw now left above beside the woman a few lines as on this picture:

Convert Vector layer to raster layer.

Step 9

Add your name and/or watermark.

Layers - Merge - Merge all (Flatten).

Step 10

Image - Add borders - 2 pixels - different color.

Select the border with your Magic wand.

Flood fill the selection with the Silver Pattern.

Selections - select none.

Image - Add borders - 5 pixels - different color.

Select this border with your Magic wand.

Flood fill the selection with the Butterfly sample.

Effects - Plugins - FM Tile Tools - Blend Emboss - default settings - repeat 4 à 5x.

Selections - select none

Step 11

Image - Add borders - 2 pixels - different color.

Select the border with your Magic wand.

Flood fill the selection with the Silver Pattern.

Selections - select none.

Selections - Select all - Selection Modify - Contract - 10 pixels.

Step 12

Layers - New raster layer.

Effects - 3D Effects - Cutout - with this settings:

Save your crea as a jpg file and you're done!
