Change the Blend mode to Luminance (L).

Layers - Merge - Merge all

Effects - 3D effects - Cutout:

Effects - Edge effects - Enhance.

Lower the Opacity of this layer to 50.

Layers - Merge - Merge all (Flatten).

Effects - 3D effects - Cutout:

Vert and Hor 5 - Opacity 60 - Blur 10 - color black.

Repeat with Vert and Hor to minus 5.

Selections - Select none.

Image - Resize - 95% - All layers checked.

Step 13

Layers - New raster layer.

Add your name and/or watermark.

Layers - Merge - Merge all (Flatten).

Step 14

Selections - Select all.

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 1 pixel - foreground color.

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 2 pixels - background color.

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 3 pixel - foreground color.

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 4 pixels - background color.

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 3 pixel - foreground color.

Step 15

Copy tube '011pearls-colombe'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Place the pearls upper right - see main image.

Adjust - Hue and saturation - Colorize:28 - 200.

Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow:

Vert and Hor 5 - Opacity 50 - Blur 15 - color black.

Layers - Merge - Merge all (Flatten).

Step 16

If you want you can resize your crea to Height 500 pixels.

Save your crea as a jpg file and you're done!
