(you have to import this plugin into Filters Unlimited 2.0)

VM Natural - Sparkle

Place or install the plugins into your Plugin folder.

you can download the materials.

It contains: 1 color label - 3 tubes - 1 brush - 1 selection.

Export the brush in PSP to your Brush folder.

Place the selection in your Selection folder.

The tubes are by JCW and Leny.

Step 1

Open the tubes in PSP - minimize them for now.

Set your foreground color to #970729.

Set your background color to #000000.

Set your foreground to gradient 'Linear' - Angle 45 - Repeats 10.

Set your background to your silver pattern - Angle 0 - Scale 100.

Open a transparent image of 640 x 480 pixels.

Flood fill your image with your foreground color.

Effects - Texture effects  - Blinds - with these settings:

Step 2

Layers - New raster layer.

Activate your Brush tool - find brush 'Leny-swirl10' - Size 480.

Click 1x with your background color in your crea.

Image - Mirror.

Place it nicely against the edge, it fits exactly.

Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow:

Vert and Hor minus 25 - Opacity 45 - Blur 10 - color black.

Step 3

Layers - New raster layer.

Selections - Load/save selection - Load selection from disk - load selection 'Leny-selectie10' - default settings.

Flood fill the selection with your gradient.

Effects - 3D effects - Inner bevel - Leny2 or with these settings:

Selections - Select none.

Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow:

Vert and Hor 10 - Opacity 45 - Blur 10 - color black.

Move it a little down.

Step 4

Copy tube 'jcw_wild_is_the_wind_Uprindle'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Image - Resize - 85% - All layers not checked.

Image - Mirror.

Place him nicely above your corner.

Layers - Arrange - Move down.

Erase everything that is out of the corner.

Step 5

Activate layer 3.

Layers - Duplicate.

Image - Resize - 50% - All layers not checked.

Image - Rotate - Free rotate - Left - 90.

Place it upper right.

Step 6

Copy tube 'Leny-kind36'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Image - Resize - 1x with 50% and 1x with 75% - All layers not checked.

Place her upper right in the little corner.

Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow:

Vert and Hor minus 10 - Opacity 45 - Blur 10 - color black.

Step 7

Layers - New raster layer.

Copy tube 'GBP horseshoes KMG'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Image - Resize - 2x with 50% - All layers not checked.

Image - Greyscale.

Image - Increase color depth - 16 milj. colors.

Place them upper left.

Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow:

Vert and Hor 10 - Opacity 45 - Blur 10 - color black.

Step 8

Activate your Brush tool - find brush 'leny-swirl10'.

Click 1x with your background color on top of your crea.

Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow:

Vert and Hor 1 - Opacity 100 - Blur 1 - color black.

Repeat Drop shadow with the same settings but with your foreground color.

Step 9

Layers - New raster layer.

Add your name and/or watermark.

Or add your name with font Klingondagger - Size 50.

Layers - Merge - Merge all (Flatten).

Step 10

Selections - Select all.

Effects - 3D effects - Cutout:

Vert and Hor 0 - Opacity 100 - Blur 20 - color black.

Selections - Select none.

Step 11

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 2 pixels - color black.

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 2 pixels - foreground color.

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 2 pixels - color black.

Step 12

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 25 pixels - foreground color.

Select this border with your Magic wand.

Flood fill the selection with your gradient.

Effects - Plugins - Filters Unlimited 2.0 - Tramage - Tow The Line - default settings.

Effects - 3D effects - Inner bevel - Shine or with these settings:

Step 13

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 2 pixels - color black.

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 2 pixels - foreground color.

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 2 pixels - color black.

Step 14

Activate your Freehand selection - Point to point - Tolerance and Feather 0.

Now go with small steps long the perimeter of the horse and get back to the starting point - see image below:

Step 15

Layers - Duplicate - repeat 1x.

You now have 3 layers.

Close the 2 top layers.

Activate the bottom layer.

Effects - Plugins - VM Natural - Sparkle - with these settings:

Step 16

Close the bottom layer.

Open and activate the middle layer.

Effects - Plugins - VM Natural - Sparkle - set Random Seed to 152.

Step 17

Close this layer.

Open and activate the top layer.

Effects - Plugins - VM Natural - Sparkle - set Random Seed to 162.

Step 18

Close the top layer.

Open and activate the bottom layer.

Selections - Select none.

Edit - Copy.

To AS: Edit - Paste - As a new animation.

Step 19

Back to PSP.

Close the bottom layer.

Open and activate the middle layer.

Edit - Copy.

To AS: Edit - Paste - After current frame.

Step 20

Back to PSP.

Close this layer.

Open and activate the top layer.

Edit - Copy.

To AS: Edit - Paste - After current frame.

Step 21

If you want you can resize your crea to Width 500 pixels.

Step 22

Image - View.

You now can see how your animation looks.

If you are satisfied, save your crea as a gif file and you're done!
