For this tutorial you need the following plugins:

Place or install the plugins into your Plugin folder.

It contains: 1 color label - 10 tubes - 2 selections.
Place the selections in your Selection folder.
The tubes are by Gerry, Joelle, Kandi Designs, Leny and Natali
Design.

Step 1
Open the tubes and the mask in PSP - minimize them for now.
Set your foreground color to #7e93ac.
Set your background color to #13355a.
Open a transparent image of 800 x 800 pixels.
Flood fill your image with your foreground color.
Effects - Plugins - Filters Unlimited 2.0 - Render - Clouds
[for-/background color]: 9 - 236.
Step 2
Layers - New raster layer.
Selections - Load/save selection - Load selection from disk -
load selection 'L-selectie15' - with these settings:
Flood fill the selection with your background color.
Selections - Select none.
Effects - Distortion effects - Wave - with these settings:
Image - Resize - 80% - All layers not checked.
Place the wave totaly to the left.
Step 3
Layers - Duplicate.
Place this one nicely against the original.
Layers - Merge - Merge down.
Image - Resize - 80% - All layers not checked.
Move it a little up - see main image.
Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow:
Vert and Hor minus 10 - Opacity 45 - Blur 20 - color black.
Step 4
Copy tube 'Tea party at the pond_KandiDesigns 57'.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
Place the tube right below, a little above the bottom of the
wave (ca. 2 boxes).
Effects - Plugins - Flaming Pear - Flood - with these
settings:
Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow:
Vert and Hor minus 10 - Opacity 45 - Blur 20 - color black.
Step 5
Copy tube 'Tea party at the pond_KandiDesigns 27'.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
Place the tube next to the previous one, also 2 boxes above
the bottom of the wave.
Layers - Arrange - Move down.
Effects - Plugins - Flaming Pear - Flood - with these
settings:
Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow - same settings as the last
time.
Step 6
Activate your top layer.
Copy tube 'Leny-vrouw423'.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
Image - Resize - 80% - All layers not checked.
Place her on the left side, a little up - see main image.
Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow - same settings as the last
time.
Effects - Plugins - Flaming Pear - Flood - same settings as
the last time.
Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow:
Vert and Hor minus 10 - Opacity 45 - Blur 20 - color black.
Step 7
Copy tube 'Little drive 30'.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
Place the tube on the left side a little before the woman -
see main image.
Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow - same settings as the last
time.
Step 8
Close the bottom layer.
Layers - Merge - Merge visible.
Selections - Load/save selection - Load selection from disk -
load selection 'L-selectie16' - same settings as before.
Press Delete 2x.
Selections - Select none.
Open the bottom layer.
Step 9
Make sure your top layer is active.
Copy tube 'Joelle_SwanLake_Element37'.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
Image - Resize - 80% - All layers not checked.
Place the tube on the left side before the cane - see main
image.
Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow - same settings as the last
time.
Layers - Duplicate - Image - Mirror.
Place this one right below.
Step 10
Copy tube 'AD_June_in_Fairyland (54)'.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow:
Vert and Hor minus 10 - Opacity 45 - Blur 20 - color black.
Place the stones left below.
Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow - same settings as the last
time.
Step 11
Copy tube 'natali_design_weather_frog2b'.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
Place the frog on the left side, on the flat stone.
Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow - same settings as the last
time.
Step 12
Copy tube 'magicr_FairiesOfTheFlowerField_E71'.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
Image - Resize - 1x with 50% and 1x with 75% - All layers not
checked.
Place the tube a little right of the center.
Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow - same settings as the last
time.
Step 13
Copy tube 'Gerry-Cartoons 20 - Bee1 - 8 juli 2009'.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
Image - Resize - 2x with 50% and 1x with 75% - All layers not
checked.
Place the bee on the leave - see main image.
Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow - same settings as the last
time.
Step 14
Copy tube 'Leny-tekst-ICare'.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
Give it a nice place or see main image.
Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow:
Vert and Hor minus 10 - Opacity 45 - Blur 20 - color white.
Step 15
Layers - New raster layer.
Add your name and/or watermark.
Layers - Merge - Merge visible.
Edit - Copy - Paste as a new image.
Step 16
Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 2 pixels - background color.
If you don't want the blue background, just remove it and
don't add the border.
Step 17
If you want you can resize your crea to Width 500 pixels.
Save your crea as a jpg file with background and as png
without a background and you're done!
