Step 1

Open the tubes and the picture in PSP - minimize them for now.

Set your foreground color to #b8d3df.

Set your background color to #2f4c67.

Set your foreground to silver pattern 'zilveraa' - Angle 0 - Scale 100.

Set your background to gradient 'Linear' - Angle 50 - Repeats 1 - Invert checked.

If you use your own picture, make sure it is 273 x 350 pixels, otherwise the frame doesn't fit.

Selections - Select all.

Effects - 3D effects - Cutout:

Vert and Hor 0 - Opacity 100 - Blur 80 - background color.

Step 2

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 2 pixel - color yellow.

Select this border with your Magic wand.

Flood fill the selection with your silver pattern.

Selections - Select all.

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 2 pixel - background color.

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 2 pixel - foreground color.

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 2 pixel - background color.

Selections - Invert.

Effects - 3D effects - Inner bevel - Shine or with these settings:

Selections - Select none.

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 2 pixel - color yellow.

Select this border with your Magic wand.

Flood fill the selection with your silver pattern.

Step 3

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 25 pixel - background color.

Select this border with your Magic wand.

Flood fill the selection with your gradient.

Effects - Plugins - 2 manekenai (tm) - MezzoForce Ice - Frozen - with these settings:

Effects - 3D effects - Cutout:

Vert and Hor 0 - Opacity 100 - Blur 10 - color black.

Repeat Cutout 1x with the same settings.

Selections - Select none.

Step 4

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 2 pixel - color yellow.

Select this border with your Magic wand.

Flood fill the selection with your silver pattern.

Selections - Select all.

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 2 pixel - background color.

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 2 pixel - foreground color.

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 2 pixel - background color.

Selections - Invert.

Effects - 3D effects - Inner bevel - Shine - same settings as before.

Selections - Select none.

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 2 pixel - color yellow.

Select this border with your Magic wand.

Flood fill the selection with your silver pattern.

Step 5

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 35 pixel - background color.

Select this border with your Magic wand.

Change the gradient to Angle 320, the rest is oke.

Flood fill the selection with this gradient.

Effects - Plugins - Xenofex 1.1

(or 1.0) - Shower Door - Frosted - with these settings:

Effects - Plugins - Filters Unlimited 2.0 - Buttons & Frames - Glass Frame 1 - with these settings:

Step 6

Selections - Select all.

Selections - Modify - Contract - 2 pixels.

Selections - Invert.

Flood fill the selection with your silver pattern.

Step 7

Selections - Select all.

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 2 pixel - background color.

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 2 pixel - foreground color.

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 2 pixel - background color.

Selections - Invert.

Effects - 3D effects - Inner bevel - Shine - same settings as before.

Selections - Select none.

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 2 pixel - color yellow.

Select this border with your Magic wand.

Flood fill the selection with your silver pattern.

Step 8

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 40 pixel - background color.

Select this border with your Magic wand.

Activate your gradient - set Angle back to 50, the rest is oke.

Flood fill the border with this gradient.

Effects - Plugins - Xenofex 1.1 (or 1.0) - Shower Door - Frosted - with these settings:

Effects - Plugins - Filters Unlimited 2.0 - Buttons & Frames - Glass Frame 2 - default settings.

Step 9

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 2 pixel - color yellow.

Select this border with your Magic wand.

Flood fill the selection with your silver pattern.

Selections - Select all.

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 2 pixel - background color.

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 2 pixel - foreground color.

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 2 pixel - background color.

Selections - Invert.

Effects - 3D effects - Inner bevel - Shine - same settings as before.

Selections - Select none.

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 2 pixel - color yellow.

Select this border with your Magic wand.

Flood fill the selection with your silver pattern.

Step 10

Promote background to layer.

Image - Canvas size - with these settings:

Copy tube 'Leny-framezilver'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Layers - Arrange - Move down.

Layers - Merge - Merge visible.

Selections - Select all.

Selections - Float - Selections Defloat.

Image - Crop to selection.

Step 11

Copy tube 'sneeuwpopje'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Place him in the lower left corner.

Step 12

Layers - New raster layer.

Add your name and/or watermark.

Layers - Merge - Merge all (Flatten).

Step 13

If you want you can resize your crea to Height 500 pixels.

Edit - Copy.

Step 17

To AS: Edit - Paste - As a new animation.

Save your crea as a gif file and you're done!
