For this tutorial you need the following plugin:

Place or install the plugin into your Plugin folder.

you can download the materials.

It contains: 1 color label - 5 tubes - 1 picture frame - 1 mask - 1 texture - 1 font.

Place the picture frame in your Picture frame folder.

Place the texture in your Texture folder.

Open FXplorer: click on Tools - Load fonts (by folder).

Go to the folder where your fonts are.

Click on the letter of the font you need.

When it's done, the fonts are in the fonts in PSP.

The tubes are by Mery Design, MontanaKate, Rossi, Sandi and Wisdom Designs.

Step 1

Open the tubes and the mask in PSP - minimize them for now.

Set your foreground color to #d7dbde.

Set your background color to #ba547c.

Set your foreground to gradient 'Linear' - Angle 45 - Repeats 5 - Invert not checked.

Open a transparent image of 720 x 500 pixels.

Flood fill your image with your foreground color.

Step 2

Layers - New raster layer.

Flood fill this layer with your background color.

Layers - New mask layer - From image - find mask 'sdtMask135-vi' - with these settings:

Layers - Merge - Merge group.

Activate your bottom layer.

Selections - Select all.

Selections - Modify - Contract - 4 pixels.

Selections - Invert.

Flood fill the border with your gradient.

Selections - Select none.

Copy this picture with Shift+D - repeat 1x - minimize them for now.

Step 3

Activate your top layer.

Copy tube 'merydesign_animaux129'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Image - Resize - 75% - All layers not checked.

Layers - Arrange - Move down.

Layers - Merge - Merge all (Flatten).

Image - Resize - 1x with 50% and 1x with 75% - All layers checked.

Minimize this image for now.

Step 4

Activate one of the copies.

Activate the top layer.

Copy tube 'July Series Bears 3 - 3'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Image - Mirror.

Image - Resize - 75% - All layers not checked.

Place the tube in the middle of your crea.

Layers - Arrange - Move down.

Layers - Merge - Merge all (Flatten).

Image - Resize - 1x with 50% and 1x with 75% - All layers checked.

Minimize this picture for now.

Step 5

Activate the other copy.

Activate the top layer.

Copy tube 'Bears_wisdom_designs'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Image - Resize - 75% - All layers not checked.

Place the tube in the middle of your crea.

Layers - Arrange - Move down.

Layers - Merge - Merge all (Flatten).

Image - Resize - 1x with 50% and 1x with 75% - All layers checked.

Minimize this picture for now.

Step 6

Open a new transparent image of 720 x 500 pixels.

Flood fill this image with your foreground color.

Effects - Texture effects - Texture - find texture 'silver002_mdh' - with these settings:

Step 7

Activate one of the 2 pictures.

Edit - Copy.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Place this one upper left.

Do the same with the 2 other pictures.

Place them nicely under each other - see main image.

Close the bottom layer.

Layers - Merge - Merge visible.

Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow:

Vert and Hor 6 - Opacity 60 - Blur 10 - color black.

Open the bottom layer.

Step 8

Copy tube 'July Series Bears 3 - 3'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Image - Mirror.

Place the bear upper right.

Layers - Arrange - Move down.

Step 9

Activate your top layer.

Copy tube 'Afbeelding_beertjes~Rossi~psp'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Activate your Eraser with these settings:

Erase carefully the white snow under the little bears.

Place them right below - leave some space for the text - see main image.

Step 10

Activate your Text tool - font Scrap Snow - Size 50 - Stroke width 1.

Type: The Love of - click add.

Type now: Mama Bear - click add.

Place Mama Bear under the first text.

Layers - Merge - Merge down.

Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow:

Vert and Hor 1 - Opacity 100 - Blur 1 - color black.

Place the text right below the little bears.

Step 11

Layers - New raster layer.

Add your name and/or watermark.

Layers - Merge - Merge all (Flatten).

Step 12

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 4 pixels - background color.

Select this border with your Magic wand.

Flood fill the selection with your gradient.

Selections - Invert.

Effects - 3D effects - Cutout:

Vert and Hor 0 - Opacity 85 - Blur 10 - color black.

Selections - Select none.

Layers - Promote background to layer.

Step 13

Image - Resize - 75% - All layers not checked.

Select the transparent area with your Magic wand.

Flood fill the selection with your background color.

Image - Picture frame - find frame 'Stippels -2' - default settings.

Effects - Plugins - Alien Skin Eye Candy 5: Impact - Glass - with these settings:

Repeat this plugin with the same settings.

Selections - Select none.

Layers - Merge - Merge all (Flatten).

Step 14

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 4 pixels - background color.

Select this border with your Magic wand.

Flood fill the selection with your gradient.

Selections - Invert.

Effects - 3D effects - Cutout - same settings as before.

Selections - Select none.

Step 15

Open tube 'stringbeads1-sandi'.

Copy one of the stringbeads.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Image - Rotate - Free rotate - Left - 90 - nothing checked.

Place the tube on the left side - see main image.

Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow:

Vert and Hor 6 - Opacity 60 - Blur 10 - color black.

Adjust - Hue and saturation - Colorize: 237 - 108.

Layers - Merge - Merge all (Flatten).

Step 16

If you want you can resize your crea to Width 500 pixels.

Save your crea as a jpg file and you're done!
