For this tutorial you need the following plugin:

Place or install the plugin into your Plugin folder.

Export the brush in PSP to your Brush folder.

The tubes are by Leny, Luzcristina and Quinia.

Step 1

Open the tubes in PSP - minimize them for now.

Set your foreground color to #926e58.

Set your background color to #4a4642.

Set your foreground to gradient 'Radial' - with these settings:

Open a transparent image of 700 x 560 pixels.

Flood fill your image with your gradient.

Layers - Duplicate.

Image - Mirror - Image - Flip.

Lower the Opacity of this layer to 50.

Layers - Merge - Merge all (Flatten).

Step 2

Layers - New raster layer.

Change your gradient to 'Linear' - Angle 145 - Repeats 5.

Flood fill this layer with your gradient.

Lower the Opacity of this layer to 50.

Layers - Merge - Merge all (Flatten).

Effects - Edge effects - Enhance more.

Adjust - Sharpness - Sharpen.

Step 3

Copy tube 'Leny-mistedl61'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Activate your Distortion tool and pull the tube left and right until it fits.

Pull the tube also a little down.

Click on a letter to release this tool.

Lower the Opacity of this layer to 50.

Change the Blend mode of this layer to Luminance (L).

Effects - Edge effects - Enhance.

Step 4

Copy tube 'WolvesPair~amg'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Place them upper left.

Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow:

Vert and Hor 12 - Opacity 50 - Blur 10 - color black.

Adjust - Sharpness - Sharpen.

Step 5

Copy tube 'QTF_Animals_Wild_Wolf_White'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Image - Resize - 75% - All layers not checked.

Place the wolf right below.

Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow - same settings as the last time.

Step 6

Copy tube '1355-Luzcristina'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Image - Resize - 125% - All layers not checked.

Layers - Duplicate.

Layers - Merge - Merge down.

Layers - Duplicate.

Layers - Merge - Merge down.

Activate your Eraser - with these settings:

Erase every thing around the woman, except the part where she crawls.

For the ones who find it difficult to erase the background, I have remisted the tube (also in zip).

Place her right below.
Layers - Arrange - Move down.

Step 7

Layers - New raster layer.

Activate your Brush tool - find brush 'Leny-wildandgraceful'.

Stamp it 1x with your background color in the upper right corner.

Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow:

Vert and Hor 1 - Opacity 100 - Blur 1 - color black.

Again: Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow:

Vert and Hor 12 - Opacity 50 - Blur 10 - color black.

Step 8

Layers - New raster layer.

Add your name and/or watermark.

Layers - Merge - Merge all (Flatten).

Step 9

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 2 pixels - background color.

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 50 pixels - foreground color.

Select this border with your Magic wand - Feather to 20.

Effects - Plugins - Alien Skin Eye Candy 5: Textures - Animal Fur - click tab 'Pattern' - fore- and background color - with these settings:

Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow:

Vert and Hor 12 - Opacity 50 - Blur 10 - color black.

Repeat with Vert and Hor to minus 12.

Adjust - Sharpness - Sharpen more.

Selections - Select none.

Step 10

If you want you can resize your crea to Width 500 pixels.

Save your crea as a jpg file and you're done!
