This tutorial was made in PSP 9, but can also be made in the other versions.

 

Here you can download the materials.

It contains: 3 tubes - 1 gradient - 1 mask - 2 textures - 1 font.

Suzi Sgai and Mai, thank you so much for your beautiful tubes.

Open the font and minimize it, or load fonts by Tools of font FXplorer - Click 'Load Fonts (by Folder) - click on the font you want and it's in your font in PSP.

If you have placed everything in it's folder, you can start :-)

 

Step 1

Set your foreground color to #e0b1d9.

Set your background to pattern "bot60424" - Angle 0 - Scale 00.

Open a transparent image of 600 x 400 pixels.

Flood fill your image with the pattern.

Lower the Opacity of this layer to 66.

Effects - Plugins - FM Tile Tools - Blend Emboss - default settings - repeat 1x.

Step 2

Layers - New raster layer.

Flood fill with your foreground color.

Lower the Opacity of this layer to 74.

Set your foreground color to #9d5395.

Step 3

Layers - New raster layer.

Flood fill your image with this color.

Open mask "MaiEdge" in PSP.

Activate your working image.

Layers - New mask layer - From image - find mask "MaiEdge" - with these settings:

Layers - Merge - Merge group.

Step 4

View - Rulers - move the waves to 380 - see image below:

Activate your Magic wand - click in the area below the waves.

Flood fill with color #9d5395.

Selections - Modify - Expand - 4 pixels.

Effects - Texture effects - Texture - find texture "shimmer 21" - with these settings:

Selections - Select none.

Effects - 3D Effects - Drop shadow - with these settings:

Vert minus 10 - Hor 0 - Opacity 35 - Blur 10 - Shadow on new layer checked.

Step 5

Activate your Erase tool - Circle.

Erase everything what's in the purple - see image below:

Activate your top layer.

Layers - Merge - Merge down.

Layers - Duplicate - Image - Flip.

Step 6

Layers - New raster layer.

Click on your Selection tool - Rectangle.

Custom selection:

with these settings:

Flood fill the selection with gradient "Mai" - with these settings:

Selections - Modify - Contract - 2 pixels.

Press Delete.

Step 7

Layers - New raster layer.

Flood fill with color #bfca84.

Lower the Opacity of this layer to 50.

Effects - Texture effects - Blinds - with these settings:

Selections - Select none.

Close the bottom 4 layers.

Layers - Merge - Merge visible.

Open all layers.

Activate your merged layer.

Layers - Duplicate - Image - Flip.

Close your background color.

Step 8

Activate your Pen tool - Line style "Solid" - Width "3".

Draw a line as shown below:

Layers - Convert to raster layer.

Layers - Duplicate - Image - Flip.

Step 9

Copy tube "bot58156".

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Image - Resize - 90% - All layers not checked.

Place the lilacs on the right side.

Step 10

Copy tube "Mai-gruen".

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Place her on the left side.

Erase carefully everything that shines through her.

Set your foreground color to #425023.

Set your background to gradient "Mai" - same settings as before.

Step 11

Activate your Text tool - font Miss Packgope - with these settings:

Type your text.

Effects - 3D Effects - Drop shadow - with these settings:

Vert and Hor 2 - Opacity 55 - Blur 2 - color black.

Step 12

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 2 pixels - white.

Select this border with your Magic wand - Tolerance and Feather to 0 - Inside.

Flood fill the selection with your gradient.

Selections - Select none.

Step 13

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 20 pixels - white.

Select this border with your Magic wand.

Flood fill the selection with your foreground color.

Effects - 3D Effects - Inner bevel - with these settings:

Selections - Select none.

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 2 pixels - white.

Select this border with your Magic wand.

Flood fill the selection with your gradient.

Selections - Select none.

Step 14

Copy tube "Mai_Corner".

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Place the corner in the lower left corner.

Layers - Duplicate.

Image - Mirror - Image - Flip.

Step 15

Add your name and/or watermark.

Save your crea as a jpg file and you're done!
