Place or install the plugins into your Plugin folder.

It contains: 1 color label - 3 tubes - 1 mask.

The tubes are by MB, LB and WT.

Step 1

Open the tubes and the mask in PSP - minimize them for now.

Set your foreground color to #7d96b3.

Set your background color to #171e25.

Set your foreground to gradient 'Linear' - Angle 45 - Repeats 3 - Invert not checked.

Open a transparent image of 900 x 550 pixels.

Flood fill your image with your gradient.

Step 2

Selections - Select all.

Copy tube 'deco-2017-4'.

Back to your working image.

Paste into the selection.

Selections - Select none.

Effects - Image effects - Seamless tiling - default settings.

Step 3

Adjust - Blur - Radial blur - with these settings:

Effects - Plugins - Mehdi - Sorting Tiles - with these settings:

Effects - Plugins - Toadies - What Are You?... - default settings (20-20).

Effects - Edge effects - Enhance.

Step 4

Click on your Selection tool - Custom selection - with these settings:

Selections - Promote selection to layer.

Selections - Select none.

Effects - Texture effects - Blinds - foreground color - with these settings:

Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow:

Vert and Hor 0 - Opacity 80 - Blur 40 - color black.

Step 5

Layers - Duplicate.

Effects - Image effects - Offset - with these settings:

Change the Blend mode of this layer to Multiply.

Step 6

Activate your bottom layer.

Effects - Plugins L en K landsiteofwonders - L en K's Zitah - with these settings:

Step 7

Activate your top layer.

Copy tube 'deco-2017-4'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Effects - Image effects - Offset: minus 310 - minus 80.

Step 8

Layers - New raster layer.

Flood fill this layer with white (#ffffff).

Layers - New mask layer - From image - find mask 'kerst-mask-02' - with these settings:

Layers - Merge - Merge group.

Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow - same settings as before.

Step 9

Copy tube '2184 - girl - LB TUBES'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Effects - Image effects - Offset: 200 - minus 30.

Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow - same settings as before.

Step 10

Layers - New raster layer.

Add your name and/or watermark.

Layers - Merge - Merge all (Flatten).

Step 11

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 1 pixel - background color.

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 2 pixels - color white.

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 1 pixel - background color.

Step 12

Selections - Select all.

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 45 pixels - color white.

Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow - same settings as before.

Selections - Select none.

Effects - Plugins - AAA Frames - Foto Frame - with these settings:

Step 13

Copy tube 'Christmas-WT'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Effects - Image effects - Offset: 410 - minus 20.

Save your crea as a jpg file and you're done!
