For this tutorial you need the following plugins:

Graphics Plus - Cross Shadow

Place or install the plugins into your Plugin folder.

It contains: 1 color label - 6 tubes - 1 mask - 1 gold pattern.

The tubes are by MB.

Step 1

Open the tubes and the mask in PSP - minimize them for now.

Set your foreground color to #8c0609.

Set your background color to #325626.

Set your foreground to gold pattern 'glitterdorato1' - Angle 45 - Scale 100.

Open a transparent image of 900 x 600 pixels.

Step 2

Effects - Plugins - Mehdi - Wavy Lab 1.1 - Radial - with these settings:

Effects - Plugins - Mehdi - Sorting Tiles - with these settings:

Layers - Duplicate.

Image - Resize - 80% - All layers not checked.

Effects - Plugins - Simple - Diamonds.

This layer looks like this:

Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow:

Vert and Hor 0 - Opacity 50 - Blur 25 - color black.

Step 3

Activate your bottom layer.

Click on your Selection tool - Custom selection - with these settings:

Selections - Promote selection to layer.

Layers - Arrange - Bring to top.

Adjust - Blur - Gaussian blur: 25.

Adjust - Add/remove noise - Add noise - with these settings:

Selections - Modify - Select selection borders - with these settings:

Activate your Flood fill tool - with these settings:

Flood fill the selection with your gold pattern.

Selections - Select none.

Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow - same settings as before.

Step 4

Copy tube 'deco-1-4-2018'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Effects - Image effects - Offset - with these settings:

Lower the Opacity of this layer to 55 or lower.

Step 5

Activate your bottom layer.

Click on your Selection tool - Custom selection - with these settings:

Selections - Promote selection to layer.

Layers - Arrange - Bring to top.

Step 6

Click on your Selection tool - Custom selection - with these settings:

Flood fill the selection with your gold pattern.

Selections - Modify - Contract - 3 pixels.

Press Delete.

Step 7

Layers - New raster layer.

Flood fill this layer with your gold pattern.

Lower the Opacity of this layer to 30.

Selections - Select none.

Step 8

Layers - New raster layer.

Flood fill this layer with white.

Layers - New mask layer - From image - find mask 'masker-2018' - with these settings:

Layers - Duplicate.

Layers - Merge - Merge group.

Lower the Opacity of this layer to 55.

Step 9

Copy tube 'deco-2-4-2018'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Place them on the left side - see main image.

Step 10

Copy tube 'deco-3-4-2018'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Image - Resize - 80% - All layers not checked.

Place them on the right side - see main image.

 Step 11

Copy tube 'deco-4-4-2018'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Place it upper left against the edge - see main image.

 Step 12

Copy tube 'Tekst' - or use your own text.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Place the text right below - see main image.

Step 13

Copy tube 'deco-kerst--mb-23'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Step 14

Layers - New raster layer.

Add your name and/or watermark.

Layers - Merge - Merge all (Flatten).

Step 15

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 3 pixels -  color white.

Select this border with your Magic wand - RGB-value - Tolerance and Feather to 0.

Flood fill the selection with your gold pattern.

Selections - Select all.

Edit - Copy.

Step 16

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 50 pixels - white.

Selections - Invert.

Edit - Paste into the selection.

Adjust - Blur - Gaussian blur: 25.

Effects - Plugins - Graphics Plus - Cross Shadow - default settings.

Selections - Invert.

Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow - same settings as before.

Selections - Select none.

Step 17

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 2 pixels - white.

Select this border with your Magic wand.

Flood fill the selection with your gold pattern.

Selections - Select none.

Save your crea as a jpg file and you're done!
