Place or install the plugins into your Plugin folder.

Step 1

Open the tubes and the color label in PSP - minimize them for now.

Set your foreground color to #89a067.

Set your background color to #4d5826.

Set your foreground to gradient 'Linear' - Angle 0 - Repeats 1 - Invert not checked.

Open a transparent image of 900 x 550 pixels.

Flood fill your image with your gradient.

Selections - Select all.

Copy tube 'kerst-guirlande'.

Paste into the selections.

Selections - Select none.

Adjust - Blur - Radial blur - with these settings:

Step 2

Layers - Duplicate.

Image - Resize - 80% - All layers not checked.

Effects - Plugins - Toadies - What Are You? - default settings.

Effects - Edge effects - Enhance more.

Set the Blend mode of this layer to Soft light.

Step 3

Copy tube 'deco-1'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Step 4

Copy tube 'deco-3'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Step 5

Copy tube 'deco-2'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Set the Blend mode of this layer to Hard light.

Lower the Opacity of this layer to 71.

Step 6

Copy tube 'kerst2016-1'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Image - Resize - 80% - All layers not checked.

Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow:

Vert and Hor 0 - Opacity 80 - Blur 40 - color black - repeat 1x.

Step 7

Copy tube 'deco-4'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Place it on the right side - see main image.

Step 8

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 2 pixels - background color.

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 1 pixel - color white.

Selections - Select all.

Edit - Copy.

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 50 pixels - color white.

Selections - Invert.

Paste into the selection.

Adjust - Blur - Radial blur - same settings as before.

Selections - Invert.

Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow - same settings as before.

Selections - Select none.

Step 9

Activate your Picture tube - with these settings:

Stamp the star in different sizes (50 - 35 - 25) on your working image.

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 2 pixels - background color.

Step 10

Layers - New raster layer.

Add your name and/or watermark.

Layers - Merge - Merge all (Flatten).

Image - Resize - Width 900 pixels - All layers checked.

Save your crea as a jpg file and you're done!
