File - Export - Picture tube - name it and save it.

Step 1
Open the tubes in PSP - minimize them for now.
Set your foreground color to #b22427 - or at your choice.
Set your background color to #214527 - or at your choice.
Open a transparent image of 700 x 550 pixels.
Flood fill this image with your foreground color.
Step 2
Layers - Duplicate.
Image - Resize - 90% - All layers not checked.
Effects - Plugins - < I.C.NET Software > - Filters Unlimited 2.0
- Paper Textures - Japanese Paper - default settings.
Click in your Selection tool - Rectangle.
Custom selection - with these settings:
Selections - Promote selection to layer.
Selections - Select none.
Effects - 3D effects - Inner bevel - with these settings:
Step 3
Activate layer 2 (Copy of Raster 1).
Click in your Selection tool - Rectangle.
Custom selection - with these settings:
Selections - Promote selection to layer.
Selections - Select none.
Effects - 3D effects - Inner bevel - same settings as before.
Activate Copy of Raster 1.
Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow:
Vert and Hor 0 - Opacity 80 - Blur 50 - color black.
Step 4
Activate your top layer.
Copy tube 'deco-2'.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
Effects - Image effects - Offset - with these settings:
Adjust - Hue and saturation - Colorize: 90 - 70.
Step 5
Copy tube 'deco-3'.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
Effects - Image effects - Offset: -258 (minus 258) - 0.
Adjust - Hue and saturation - Colorize: 90 - 70.
Step 6
Copy tube 'sneeuwpop-23'.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
Image - Resize - 30% - All layers not checked.
Adjust - Sharpness - Sharpen.
Place it upper left in the circle.
Step 7
Copy tube 'kerstbal-53'.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
Image - Resize - 35% - All layers not checked.
Adjust - Sharpness - Sharpen.
Place it in the top second circle.
Step 8
Copy tube 'deco-4'.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
Place it upper right in the circle.

Copy tube 'deco-5'.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
Place it in the lower first circle.
Step 10
Copy tube 'deco-6'.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
Place it in the lower middle circle.

Copy tube 'JHanna_626'.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
Image - Resize - 20% - All layers not checked.
Adjust - Sharpness - Sharpen.
Place it in the lower third circle.
Step 12
Copy tube 'kerstdeco-8'.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
Place it left below - see main image.
Step 13
Activate your Picture tube - find 'zilver-ster'.
Scale to 100 and 30.
Layers - New raster layer.
Decorate the left bar - see main image.
Activate your Picture tube - find 'Corel_10_005' (metal
balls).
Scale to 20.
Make a button in the corners of the upper frame - see main image.
Step 14
Copy tube 'deco-kerst-10'.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
Effects - Image effects - Offset: 110 - 0.
Step 15
Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 2 pixels - background color.
Selections - Select all.
Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 50 pixels - foreground
color.
Selections - Invert.
Adjust - Add/remove noise - Add noise - with these settings:
Selections - Invert.
Effects - Plugins - AAA Frames - Foto Frame - with these
settings:
Selections - Select none.
Effects - Plugins - AAA Frames - Foto Frame - with these
settings:
Step 16
Layers - New raster layer.
Activate your Picture tube - find 'zilver-ster'.
Scale to 100.
Place a star on the corners of the white border - see main image.
Step 17
Layers - New raster layer.
Add your name and/or watermark.
Save your crea as a jpg file and you're done!
