Place or install the plugin in your Plugin folder.

It contains: 9 tubes - 1 font.

Open the font and minimize it.

The tubes are unknown to me.

Step 1

Open the tubes in PSP - minimize them for now.

Set your foreground color to #ffffff - or at your choice.

Set your background color to #5f6d88 - or at your choice.

Open a transparent image of 900 x 500 pixels.

Flood fill this image with your background color.

Effects - Plugins - MuRa's Meister - Cloud - with these settings:

Step 2

Copy tube 'misted--landschap'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Place it against the top edge.

Step 3

Copy tube 'Sneeuw'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Place it against the bottom edge.

Lower the Opacity of this layer to 42.

Step 4

Copy tube 'deco-1-4-2015'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Set the Blend mode of this layer to Soft light.

Layers - Merge - Merge visible.

Step 5

Selections - Select all.

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 40 pixels - foreground color.

Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow:

Vert and Hor 0 - Opacity 50 - Blur 40 - color black.

Selections - Select none.

Step 6

Copy tube 'trein'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Place the train on the left side, with the headlight against the white border.

Place the rails on height 480 (you have to put your rulers on: View - Rulers).

Your image should look like this:

Step 7

Now you are going to move the train.

Hold the Shift key and click 4x on the left arrow, on the right side of your key board.

Close this layer.

Step 8

Copy tube 'MRC_ANIMEELF'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Image - Resize - 60% - All layers not checked.

Place her right below - see main image.

Adjust - Sharpness - Sharpen.

Step 9

Copy tube '0_a40c1_d2e535d_L'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Image - Resize - 60% - All layers not checked.

Place him left below - see main image.

Adjust - Sharpness - Sharpen.

Step 10

Copy tube 'rand-trein'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Place it against the bottom edge.

Step 11

Layers - New raster layer.

Add your name and/or watermark.

Step 12

Open layer 2.

Close the 2 bottom layers.

Activate your top layer.

Layers - Merge - Merge visible.

Open the 2 bottom layers.

Step 13

Activate your top layer.

Copy tube 'tekst' or tube 'Text english'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

I have add the font, so you can also make your own text.

Activate tube 'tekst'.

Type your text and place it on the original text.

When you're done, remove the original text.

Layers - Merge - Merge down.

If you don't want to animate:

Save your crea as a jpg file and you're done!

Step 14

For the animation:

Activate your bottom layer.

Selections - Select all.

Selections - Modify - Contract - 40 pixels.

Activate your train layer (layer 2).

Click on select, holding the Shift key.

Selections - Invert.

Press Delete.

Selections - Select none.

Edit - Copy special - Copy merged.

To AS: Edit - Paste - As a new animation.

Step 15

Back to PSP.

Click 2x Undo.

The train is visible at the white border.

Click on select, holding the Shift key.

Hold the Shift key and click 1x on the left arrow on your key board.

Press Delete.

Selections - Select none.

Edit - Copy special - Copy merged.

To AS: Edit - Paste - After current frame.

Step 16

Repeat the steps 15 and 16 until you have 11 frames in AS.

Animation - Frame properties - 30.

Animation - Resize animation - 80% or 90% at your choice.

Step 19

View - Animation.

You now can see how your animation looks.

If you are satisfied:

Save your crea as a gif file and you're done!

If you got a screen, click 3x Next - click 1x Finish.
