For this tutorial you need the following plugins:

MuRa's Meister - Cloud

VM Natural - Sparkle

Place or install the plugins into your Plugin folder.

It contains: 1 color label - 5 tubes - 1 watermark - 1 mask.

The tubes are by MB and Pinuccia.

Step 1

Open the tubes and the mask in PSP - minimize them for now.

Set your foreground color to #ffffff.

Set your background color to #000000.

Set your foreground to gradient 'Linear' - Angle 140 - Repeats 5 - Invert not checked.

Open a transparent image of 900 x 550 pixels.

Flood fill your image with your gradient.

Step 2

Layers - New raster layer.

Flood fill this layer with black.

Layers - New mask layer - From image - find mask 'masker-8' - with these settings:

Layers - Merge - Merge group.

Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow:

Vert and Hor 0 - Opacity 100 - Blur 40 - color black.

Repeat with the same settings.

Step 3

Copy tube 'deco-7'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Activate your Raster deform tool.

Set Position X to 281 - set Position Y to minus 44 - see image below:

Click the letter M to get rid of the selection.

Step 4

Copy tube 'deco-8'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Activate your Raster deform tool - set Position X to 602 - set Position Y to 114.

Click the letter M to get rid of the selection.

Step 5

Copy tube 'deco-9'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Activate your Raster deform tool - set Position X to 558 - set Position Y to 120.

Click the letter M to get rid of the selection.

Step 6

Copy tube 'deco-10'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Activate your Raster deform tool - set Position X to minus 55 - set Position Y to 65.

Click the letter M to get rid of the selection.

Step 7

Activate your bottom layer.

Effects - Plugins - MuRa's Meister - Cloud - with these settings:

Effects - Plugins - VM Natural - Sparkle - with these settings:

Step 8

Layers - New raster layer.

Add your name and/or watermark.

Layers - Merge - Merge all (Flatten).

Step 9

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 2 pixels - foreground color.

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 4 pixels - background color.

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 2 pixels - foreground color.

Step 10

Selections - Select all.

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 50 pixels - foreground color.

Selections - Invert.

Flood fill the selection with your gradient.

Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow:

Vert and Hor 0 - Opacity 25 - Blur 40 - color black.

Selections - Select none.

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 2 pixels - background color.

Step 11

Layers - New raster layer.

Add text at your choice.

Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow - at your choice.

Save your crea as a jpg file and you're done!
