You can download the plugins

Place or install the plugins into your Plugin folder.

you can download the materials.

It contains: 8 tubes - 1 color label - 1 plugin (AFS-sqborder2).

One woman tube is by Annie.

Step 1

Open the tubes and the color label in PSP - minimize them for now.

Set your foreground color to #182a4c.

Set your background color to #51b8db.

Set your foreground to gradient 'Linear' - Angle 0 - Repeats 0 - Invert checked.

Open a transparent image of 900 x 600 pixels.

Flood fill your image with your foreground color.

Step 2

Copy tube '311211pg10'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Adjust - Hue and saturation - Colorize: 138 - 168.

If you use other colors, use the H and S numbers.

Adjust - Blur - Radial blur - with these settings:

Layers - Duplicate.

Layers - Merge - Merge down.

Step 3

Layers - Duplicate.

Effects - Plugins - < I.C.NET Software > - Filters Unlimited 2.0 - &<Bkg Kaleidoscope> - 4 QFlip ZBottomR - default settings.

Effects - Edge effects - Enhance.

Layers - Duplicate.

Image - Rotate - Free rotate - Right - 90 - nothing checked.

Effects - Image effects - Seamless tiling - default settings.

Effects - Edge effects - Enhance more.

Layers - Merge - Merge all (Flatten).

Step 4

Layers - New raster layer.

Click on your Selection tool - Custom selection - with these settings:

Flood fill the selection with your gradient.

Selections - Select none.

Effects - Plugins - AFS Import - sqborder2 - with these settings:

Effects - Plugins - Toadies - What Are You?: 20 - 40.

Image - Resize - 90% - All layers not checked.

Effects - AP [Lines] - Lines SilverLining - Dotty Grid - default settings - see image below:

Step 5

Layers - Duplicate.

Effects - Plugins - Simple - Left Right Wrap - default settings.

Set the Blend mode of this layer to Dodge.

Lower the Opacity of this layer to 35.

Step 6

Layers - New raster layer.

Click on your Selection tool - Custom selection - with these settings:

Flood fill the selection with your foreground color.

Change your gradient to Angle 45 - Repeats 25 - Invert not checked.

Selections - Modify - Contract - 8 pixels.

Flood fill the selection with this gradient.

Adjust - Sharpness - Sharpen.

Selections - Select none.

Layers - Duplicate - Image - Flip.

Layers - Merge - Merge down.

Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow:

Vert and Hor 0 - Opacity 30 - Blur 40 - color black.

Step 7

Copy tube 'deco-1-129'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Place it in the middle box, upper right - see main image.

Set the Blend mode of this layer to Overlay.

Lower the Opacity of this layer to 50.

Layers - Duplicate.

Image - Flip - Image - Mirror.

Step 8

Copy tube 'deco-2-129'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Place it in the middle box, upper left - see main image.

Set the Blend mode of this layer to Luminance (L).

Layers - Duplicate.

Image - Flip - Image - Mirror.

Set the Blend mode of this layer to Hard light.

Step 9

Copy tube 'deco-3-129'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Step 10

Copy tube '351b8144'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Image - Resize - 80% - All layers not checked.

See main image for placing.

Adjust - Sharpness - Sharpen.

Effects - Plugins - Alien Skin Eye Candy 5: Impact - Perspective Shadow.

Click tab Settings - choose preset 'Drop Shadow, Blurry'.

Step 11

Activate your bottom layer.

Layers - Duplicate.

Effects - Plugins - AAA Frames - Foto Frame - with these settings:

Image - Resize - 90% - All layers not checked.

Activate your bottom layer.

Effects - Plugins - AAA Frames - Foto Frame - same settings as before.

Step 12

Layers - New raster layer.

Add your name and/or watermark.

Layers - Merge - Merge all (Flatten).

Save your crea as a jpg file and you're done!
