You need a tube of your own.

It contains: 1 tube - 1 font.

Open the font and minimize it.

 

Step 1

Open the tubes in PSP - minimize them for now.

Open a transparent image of 600 x 600 pixels.

Set your foreground color to #dbe3e5 (or at your choice).

Set your background color to #8ba6b0 (or at your choice).

Step 2

Copy tube 'md-feather'.

>Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Effects - Plugins - MuRa's Meister - Copies - with these settings:

Effects - Texture effects - Mosaic - antique - with these settings:

Step 3

Copy tube 'md-feather' again.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Effects - Plugins - MuRa's Meister - Copies - same settings as before.

Image - Resize - 75% - All layers not checked.

Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow:

Vert and Hor 1 - Opacity 100 - Blur 1 - color dark brown.

Image - Rotate - Free rotate - Left - 45 - nothing checked.

Layers - Merge - Merge visible.

Step 4

If you want it to be an other color use the H and S of your color.

Adjust - Hue and saturation - Colorize - fill in the numbers you have.

Copy your own tube.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

If necessary resize your tube.

Layers - Merge - Merge visible.

Step 5

Activate your Text tool - font country (in PSP Country Hearts) - Size 36 - As Vector.

Close your foreground color.

Set your background to a darker color then you already have.

Put on the CapsLock key, because for this font you need capitals.

Put the text on a nice place or see main image.

Layers - Convert to raster layer.

You can resize your crea if you want.

Save it as a jpg file and you're done!
