Import Photo Aging Kit into Filters Unlimited 2.0

Place or install the plugins in your Plugin folder.

Place the selections in your Selection folder.

Step 1

Open the tubes in PSP - minimize them for now.

Set your foreground color to #e9e2dc (or at your choice).

Set your background color to #896d52 (or at your choice).

Open a transparent image of 850 x 550 pixels.

Flood fill this image with your foreground color.

Step 2

Layers - New raster layer.

Selections - Load/save selection - Load selection from disk - load selection 'valentine1_MBR' - with these settings:

Flood fill the selection with your background color.

Selections - Modify - Contract - 2 pixels.

Press Delete.

DON'T DESELECT!

Selections - Modify - Contract - 2 pixels.

Flood fill the selection with your background color.

Effects - Texture effects - Weave - use your foreground- and background color - with these settings:

Selections - Select none.

Lower the Opacity of this layer to 30.

Layers - Duplicate - Image - Mirror.

Layers - Merge - Merge down.

Step 3

Layers - New raster layer.

Selections - Load/save selection - Load selection from disk - load selection 'valentine2_MBR' - same settings as before.

Flood fill the selection with your background color.

Selections - Modify - Contract - 2 pixels.

Press Delete.

DON'T DESELECT!

Step 4

Selections - Modify - Contract - 2 pixels.

Flood fill the selection with your background color.

Effects - Texture effects - Blinds - with these settings:

Lower the Opacity of this layer to 50.

Layers - Duplicate - Image - Mirror.

Layers - Merge - Merge down.

Step 5

Copy tube 'Alies 12VA46-love-dog-22012013'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Image - Resize - 80% - All layers not checked.

Place the dog left below - see main image.

Step 6

Copy tube 'sapphire4'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Image - Resize - 50% - All layers not checked.

Adjust - Hue and saturation - Colorize: 19 - 58.

Place the flower on the right side on the wide bar - see main image.

Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow:

Vert and Hor 1 - Opacity 50 - Blur 1 - color white.

Step 7

Layers - Duplicate - Image - Flip.

Layers - Merge - Merge down.

Layers - Duplicate - Image - Mirror.

Layers - Merge - Merge down.

Layers - Arrange - Move down.

Step 8

Close the top layer (the tube layer).

Activate the layer underneath.

Layers - New raster layer.

Selections - Load/save selection - Load selection from disk - load selection 'valentine3_MBR' - same settings as before.

Flood fill the selection with your background color.

Selections - Modify - Contract - 2 pixels.

Press Delete.

DON'T DESELECT!

Step 9

Selections - Modify - Contract - 5 pixels.

Flood fill the selection with your background color.

DON'T DESELECT!

Selections - Modify - Contract - 2 pixels.

Press Delete.

DON'T DESELECT!

Selections - Modify - Contract - 2 pixels.

Flood fill the selection with your background color.

DON'T DESELECT!

Step 10

Effects - Plugins - Filters Unlimited 2.0 - Photo Aging Kit - Dirt & Dust: 70 - 128.

Effects - Plugins - Filters Unlimited 2.0 - Photo Aging Kit - Cracked Paper: 30 - 128.

Selections - Select none.

Lower the Opacity of this layer to 80.

Step 11

Activate and open your top layer.

Activate your Text tool - find a nice font - Make as Vector.

Close your foreground color.

Set your background color to #e9e2dc.

Type the poem.

Place it on the right side of the dog - see main image.

Layers - Convert to raster layer.

Set your background color back to #896d52.

Step 12

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 2 pixels - background color.

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 50 pixels - foreground color.

Selections - Select all.

Selections - Modify - Contract - 50 pixels.

Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow:

Vert and Hor 1 - Opacity 100 - Blur 1 - color white.

Repeat with Vert and Hor to -1 (minus 1).

Step 13

Selections - Modify - Expand - 1 pixel.

Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow:

Vert and Hor 5 - Opacity 50 - Blur 10 - background color.

Repeat with Vert and Hor to -5 (minus 5).

Selections - Select none.

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 2 pixels - background color.

Step 14

Layers - New raster layer.

Add your name and/or watermark.

Layers - Convert to raster layer.

Layers - Merge - Merge all (Flatten).

Edit - Copy.

To AS: Edit - Paste - As a new animation.

Click 1x Ctrl+C - click now 9x Ctrl+L.

You now have 10 frames.

Click in frame 1 - Edit - Select all.

Step 15

Open tube 'TwinkBling2PTR' in AS.

Click in frame 1 - press Delete (for me it didn't work, I had to delete the first frame in PSP).

You now have 10 frames left.

Click in frame 1 - Edit - Select all.

Animation - Resize animation - 50%.

Animation - Mirror.

Step 16

If you want to adjust the color:

Animation - Replace color (make sure all the frames are selected).

You now see this screen:

Click on Old color - with your pipette you click in the white of the animation.

Click New color - click with your pipette in Materials and click on the color you want.

You screen looks like this:

Click OK.

Click in frame 1 - Edit - Select all - Edit - Copy.

Step 17

Back to your main animation.

Edit - Paste - In selected frame.

Place it in the upper left corner - see main image.

Step 18

Activate animation 'TwinkBling2PTR2' again.

Click in frame 1 - Edit - Select all.

Animation - Mirror.

Edit - Copy.

Step 19

Back to your main animation.

Edit - Paste - In selected frame.

Place it in the lower right corner - see main image.

Step 20

Back to animation 'TwinkBling2PTR2'.

Animation - Rotate - Left - 90.

Edit - Copy.

Step 21

Back to your main animation.

Edit - Paste - In selected frame.

Place it in the upper left corner.

Step 22

Back to animation 'TwinkBling2PTR2'.

Animation - Flip.

Edit - Copy.

Back to your main animation.

Edit - Paste - In selected frame.

Place it in the lower right corner - see main image.

View - Animation.

You now can see how your animation looks.
