Step 1
Open the tubes, the pictures and the masks in PSP - minimize them for now.
Set your foreground color to #2292d2 (or at your choice).
Set your background color to #a226bc (or at your choice).
Open a transparent image of 900 x 600 pixels.
Step 2
Selections - Select all.
Copy picture 'img-wallpapers-hd-volume-i--violet--hora-13428'.
Back to your working image - paste into the selection.
Selections - Select none.
Step 3
View - Rulers.
Activate your Distortion tool - or press the letter D.
Pull the middle node to the left on 450 - see image below:
View - Rulers.
Step 4
Layers - Duplicate - Image - Mirror.
Layers - Merge - Merge down.
Adjust - Blur - Gaussian blur - 10.
Step 5
Effects - Plugins - °v° Kiwi's Oelfilter - Zig-Zack - with these settings:

Layers - Duplicate.
Layers - New mask layer - From image - find mask 'Mask (30)' - with these
settings:
Layers - Merge - Merge group.

Effects - Edge effects - Enhance.
Selections - Load/save selection - load selection from disk -
load selection 'SELECTION 1 TUTO 8' - with these settings:
Layers - New raster layer.
Step 8
Copy picture 'd86ef68e'.
Back to your working image - paste into the selection.
Selections - Select none.
Layers - Arrange - Move down.
Set the Opacity of this layer to 65.
Step 9
Activate your top layer.
Layers - Duplicate.
Activate the layer below.
Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow:
Vert and Hor 3 - Opacity 60 - Blur 20 - color black.
Repeat with Vert and Hor to -3 (minus 3).
Layers - Merge - Merge down.
Close this layer by clicking the eye.
Activate your top layer.
Step 10
Selections - Load/save selection - load selection from disk -
load selection 'SELECTION 1 TUTO 8' - same settings as before.
Layers - New raster layer.
Open picture 'd86ef68e'.
Image - Mirror.
Edit - Copy.
Back to your working image - paste into the selection.
Selections - Select none.
Set the Opacity of this layer to 65.
Layers - Arrange - Move down.
Step 11
Activate your top layer.
Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow:
Vert and Hor 3 - Opacity 60 - Blur 20 - color black.
Repeat with Vert and Hor to -3 (minus 3).
Layers - Merge - Merge down.
Close this layer by clicking on the eye.
Activate and open the first closed layer.
Effects - Distortion effects - Wave - with these settings:
Image - Resize - 80% - All layers not checked.
Step 12
Click on the letter D.
Press the up arrow on your key board.
Do this until it's against the edge.
Image - Mirror.
Click on the letter D.
Pull the middle right node a little to the right.
Pull the middle left node a little to the right.
It should look like this:
Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow - same settings as before.
Repeat with Vert and Hor to -3 (minus 3).
Step 13
Open and activate your top layer.
Effects - Plugins - MuRa's Meister - Perspective Tiling - with these
settings:

Effects - Distortion effects - Punch - 50.
Activate the layer below this one.
Press the letter D.
Pull the middle node a little down, so it fits nicely.
Activate your top layer.
Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow - same settings as before.
Repeat with Vert and Hor to -3 (minus 3).
Step 15
Activate your bottom layer.
Selections - Load/save selection - load selection from disk -load selection
'SELECTION 2 TUTO 8' - with these settings:
Selections - Promote selection to layer.
Step 16
Effects - Reflection effects - Feedback - with these settings:
Layers - Arrange - Bring to top.
Selections - Select none.
Layers - Duplicate - Image - Mirror.
Layers - Merge - Merge down.
Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow - same settings as before.
Repeat with Vert and Hor to -3 (minus 3).
Step 17
Layers - New raster layer.
Flood fill this layer with your foreground color.
Layers - New mask layer - From image -
find mask 'Narah_mask_0417' - with these settings:
Layers - Merge - Merge group.
Step 18
Layers - Duplicate - Image - Flip.
Move this layer up - as you can see below:
Layers - Merge - Merge down.
Step 19
Selections - Load/save selection - load selection from disk -load selection
'SELECTION 2 TUTO 8' - same settings as before.
Selections - Promote selection to layer.
Selections - Select none.

Activate the layer below.
Selections - Load/save selection - load selection from disk -load selection
'SELECTION 3 TUTO 8' - with these settings:
Press Delete.
Selections - Select none.
Set the Opacity of this layer to 85.
Step 21
Activate your top layer.
Image - Mirror.
Layers - Merge - Merge down.
Set the Blend mode of this layer to Dodge.
Effects - Edge effects - Enhance.

Activate layer 3.
Layers - Arrange - Bring to top.
Copy tube 'mentali-fantastique28'.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
Image - Resize - 85% - All layers not checked.
Place the bird totaly to the right.
Effects - Plugins - Alien Skin Eye Candy 5: Impact -
Perspective Shadow - preset 'Drop Shadow, Low'.
Step 23
Copy tube '8ebd9467'.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
Image - Mirror.
Image - Resize - 70% - All layers not checked.
Place her totaly to the left.
Adjust - Sharpness - Sharpen.
Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow - same settings as before.
Repeat with Vert and Hor to -3 (minus 3).
Step 24
Activate your bottom layer.
Edit - Copy.
Image - Add borders - 2 pixels - background color.
Selections - Select all.
Image - Add borders - 30 pixels - foreground color.
Selections - Invert.
Selections - Promote selection to layer.
Edit - Paste into the selection.
Selections - Select none.
Layers - Duplicate - Image - Mirror.
Set the Opacity of this layer to 50.
Layers - Merge - Merge visible.
Step 25
Selections - Select all.
Selections - Modify - Contract - 30 pixels.
Selections - Invert.
Effects - Edge effects - Enhance.
Effects - 3D effects - Inner bevel - with these settings:
Selections - Select none.

Image - Add borders - 2 pixels - background color.
Selections - Select all.
Image - Add borders - 50 pixels - foreground color.

Add your watermark.
Image - Add borders - 2 pixels - color black.
Image - Resize - Width 950 pixels - All layers checked.
