Here you can download plugin Visman (all VM plugins are included).

Set everything in it's folter, if you're done, you can start :-)

 

Step 1

Open a transparent image of 550 x 450 pixels.

Flood fill your image with gradient "Zeit" - with these settings:

Adjust - Blur - Gaussian blur: 15.

Effects - Plugins - VM Distortion - Tilomat 2000 - with these settings:

Click on your Selection tool - Rectangle.

Selection - Custom selection:

with these settings:

Edit - Copy.

Step 2

Layers - New raster layer.

Past into the selection.

Selections - Select none.

Effects - Plugins - VM Toolbox - Tiler - with these settings

(if it's not in the plugins, you can import it into Filters Unlimited 2.0):

Step 3

View - Guides - draw horizontal a line at 225 and vertical at 275.

Place the bottom layer in the middle and move your top layer so that these is centered (note: watch the middle section).

(Tip: If a edge is not filled, add a new raster layer - arange at the bottom - flood fill the layer with a color that fits the piece that's missing.)

Step 4

Copy tube "Fergie".

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Image - Resize - 65% - All layers not checked.

Place her on the left side.

Layers - Duplicate.

Move this one in the middle of your image.

Place this layer above the bottom layer - as layer 2.

Effects - Distortion effects - Wave - with these settings:

Lower the Opacity of this layer to 30.

Step 5

Copy tube "Glock_PatryMists".

Past as a new layer on your working image.

Place the clock on the right side.

Image - Resize - 80% - All layers not checked.

Adjust - Hue and saturation - Colorize - with these settings:

Step 6

Copy tube "ED_man".

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Place the man next to the clock.

Adjust - Hue and saturation - Colorize - same settings.

Step 7

Copy corner "Corner_Wo".

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Place it as shown below:

Layers - Duplicate.

Image - Mirror - Image - Flip.

Step 8

Activate your Pen tool (punt means point) - with these settings:

Pull a vertical line in the middle.

Layers - Convert to raster layer.

Layers - Duplicate.

Image - Rotate - Free rotate - with these settings:

If it's not in the middle, pull it with your Distortion tool in the right place.

Activate your top layer.

Step 9

Layers - New raster layer.

Selections - Select all.

Flood fill the selection with the gold pattern.

Selections - Modify - Contract - 2 pixels.

Flood fill with color #2e261e

Selections - Modify - Contract - 10 pixels.

Flood fill with the gold pattern.

Selections - Modify - Contract - 1 pixel.

Press delete.

Effects - 3D Effects - Cutout - with these settings:

Selections - Select none.

Step 10

Activate your Preset shapes - Rectangle - the width remains at 2 and the line style on Point.

Set your foreground to the gold pattern.

Close your background color.

Draw a rectangle in the dark color of the border.

Layers - Convert to raster layer.

If it's not correct, use your Distortion tool to put it right.

Give the woman a light Shadow if you want.

Step 11

Add your name and/or watermark.

Save your crea as a jpg file and you're done!
