Step 1

Open the tubes in PSP - minimize them for now.

Set your foreground color to #bd747d (or at your choice).

Set your background color to #e8bbbb (or at your choice).

Set your foreground to gradient 'Rectangular' - with these settings:

Open a transparent image of 800 x 650 pixels.

Flood fill your image with your gradient.

Effects - Image effects - Seamless tiling - with these settings:

Effects - Reflection effects - Feedback - with these settings:

Step 2

Copy tube 'fond'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Effects - Image effects - Offset - with these settings:

Set the Blend mode of this layer to Luminance.

Set the Opacity of this layer to 50.

Layers - New raster layer.

Flood fill this layer with your foreground color.

Layers - New mask layer - From image - find mask 'creation.tine_masque098 - with these settings:

Effects - Edge effects - Enhance.

Layers - Merge - Merge group.

Layers - New raster layer.

Flood fill this layer with your background color.

Layers - New mask layer - From image - find mask 'fca6d377' - with these settings:

Effects - Edge effects - Enhance.

Layers - Merge - Merge group.

Layers - Merge - Merge all (Flatten).

Step 3

Copy tube 'fleurs'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Effects - Image effects - Offset - with these settings:

Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow:

Vert and Hor 0 - Opacity 50 - Blur 20 - color black.

Step 4

Copy tube 'fillette'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Image - Resize - 80% - All layers not checked.

Image - Mirror.

Effects - Image effects - Offset - with these settings:

Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow:

Vert 0 - Hor 2 - Opacity 50 - Blur 50 - color black.

Step 5

Copy tube 'papillon'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Effects - Image effects - Offset - with these settings:

Set the Blend mode of this layer to Luminance (L).

Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow:

Vert and Hor 5 - Opacity 50 - Blur 10 - color black.

Step 6

Copy tube 'titre'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Effects - Image effects - Offset - with these settings:

Step 7

Layers - New raster layer.

Add your name and/or watermark.

Layers - Merge - Merge all (Flatten).

Adjust - Sharpness - Sharpen.

Step 8

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 5 pixels - foreground color.

Selections - Select all.

Image - Add borders - Symmetric- 30 pixels - foreground color.

Selections - Invert.

Effects - Texture effects - Blinds - color is #634745 - with these settings:

Repeat this effects with Horizontal checked - see image below:

Selections - Invert.

Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow:

Vert and Hor 2 - Opacity 50 - Blur 6 - color black.

Repeat with Vert and Hor to -2 (minus 2).

Step 9

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 5 pixels - foreground color.

Selections - Select none.

Image - Resize - Width 800 pixels.

Save your crea as a jpg file and you're done!
